Hold down d menu botton at d side until d multi tasking menu comes up, close any java apps. then try again, it should work now:)

I have the LG shine but when i go to checkout the ringtones on the phone it says i have to turn off java first. can someone show me a quick way to do that. thnx

The U.S. AT&T version (CU720) and the Canada Rogers version (TU720) have replaced the roller navigation with the joystick/scrollwhell due to complaints with the original roller. The newer navigation is a small circle that spins 360 degrees. Also, they made a bit more space for the Call, clear, and end buttom for more space. Both of the North American versions have HSDPA and include microSD card slots, but only the Canada-Rogers version supports Video Calling.

i have the LG shine and fell in love with it completely! it's really beautiful! i dropped it on my laminate floor (3 feet) by accident with a case and it still works good. the metal is really tough and durable. whew,i hope i don't drop it again! get this phone..it's cool if you like the looks of it.. :) ENJOY!

OK - first off I was wondering if anyone can tell me if you can use your own mp3 to set as an option for an alarm tone and a message tone! I tried with many many unsucessful attempts and I was wondering if there were any sites with any downloadable games and wall paper templates!!! Cheers. Feel free to email me.

yes i have downloaded the software from the cd but i dont tink it works for some unknown reason and i have it on mass storage but still doesnt work :(. Could you give me the website where i can download that software and see if it will work from there

U can use your own music such as mp3, etc for text message alerts, and to multi task just use the menu button at the side.

To Txt Junkie: U can download the software from the cd at the lg website or if your lazy like myself just switch the connection type to mass storage device; this would make the phone act like a pen drive. And after u have uploaded your stuff just move it to the pictures and or video sections.

For some reason i m unable to install my USB modem even though it says that it installed succefully and i tried to put my photos etc on my phone by dragging and dropping it in the folders but a message comes up and tell me to insert a disc in drive E. What does that mean and why is it happening?????????

oh, i forgot to add, can u set your own music for SMS and ringtone? or do u have to use the default ones?
