Regarding the battery duration of the Viety
To D, ALL and everyone who contributed:
A friend tiped me of some very interesting information.
(A) In countrys that support 3G signal,but the signal is not very strong, the viewty consumes a lot of energy trying to keep up.This is the case for Greece for example.
Solution: Set it to GSM 900/1800. I did so for mine and now the signal is stronger and it is proven to improve my battery duration by a whopping 250% allong with the following.Caution if you set it to auto it will default to 3G.So set it manually as i said.
(B) There is a "power saving" mode setting in configuration that i did not know of! The damned thing was set on "disabled" for my phone. So look this up and set it to "enable".
(C) A fellow gsmarena poster, tiped us a few days back for the screen brightness.Set it to 60%.You will be fine and it seems to help a bit but not much.You have to be fiddling with the phone and keeping the screen always on to see a difference in battery duration.
(D) Bluetooth always off unless needed to be on as correctly noted by D,but i keep mine always off so that was not the day.
(E) The fish theme as noted my ALL could be consuming more energy but again only when the screen is on. The rest of the standby time it does not matter.I didn't like the fish theme anyway so i never used.I have a naked ass for a wallpaper with no animation whatsoever.It could be though that the viewty gets horny by that round juicy ass and as a result consumes more energy (NOT) :D!

Download hi res images, get the max res possible- this hell of a phone can handdle them all- plus they look better on it than a pc( believe it or not). An HD experience on ur phone!!!!!

Sure. Get "for the birds" animation on stage 6 and u will get blown away by d dvd( if not better) quality of the video. u will have 2 convert d video first though- it doesnt take long, keep d default settings for d converter(its d best). Tell me what u think after!!!!!

@kris i am using my viewty 2 send u this message! it uses full internet. serfing d web looks just like a pc- with the ads at the top and side and everything. plus u use d querty keyboard.

PSOLORD & ALL, I noticed that my LG have Bluetooth switching on all the time. PSOLORD, do you have that Bluetooth switch on as well? cos BTH use most power. ALL, I suing Fish Theme all the time, I think you are right.

D output is great just like any se, i also have the ku990 shine and it has speaker output just like dis 1.
