hi,i'm under consideration of getting tiz phone...and i hav some questions which is still not answered.so some1 plz answer tem...
-how do we touch the screen..i mean is tere a pen for us to use or we hav to use our fingers.
-is the sound very loud???
-does the phone usually slack????
-can we put our picture as the wallpaper???

Just got this yesterday, and so far loving it. Its very good build quality, very easy to use, texting with the keypad mode is a dream. Just sent back SE k850i after having to have it replaced twice for two different faults. I have also had nokia n95 with had very bad battery life. I also own unlocked iphone which is good but miss bluetooth, video recording, no radio and a few other things. This LG viewty is a very good phone. Its also very good fun with its video functions. This is the best on any mobile right now. The ratings for this phone should be higher because its clearly better and more fun than nokia n95, SE k850i and the iphone. Get the lg viewty and you won't regret it!

can anyone pl answer.
- is the email browsing as simple and detailes as in Iphone.
- sms in Iphone can be clubbed under seneders name. thereafter all sms from same person is shown below one by one. is this facility available in veiwty also.
- what file extension is used for applications for this phone ie .sis/.jar/.jad/.nth or any other.
- is the images crisp and sharp (answer needed from someone novice like me and who has taken snaps himself who just want to aim and shoot without much setting)
- can we make groups in contacts
- can we edit the labels in the contact list just we do in nokia phones.

this phone is available all over rochdale i got mine in the orange shop for free on dolphin 35 with unlimited txts and 750 mins for only 35 per month hope this helps as its only 10 mins from manchester

the Phone is Vista compatible, as it works fine on my vista powered acer(home premium ed.) But be shure to set the phone's settings for mass storage or remove any memorycards as this could result in a warning that acces to the files is impossible.
MP3 sound is very good in my opinion, based on my experiance with the Ipod video 30GB.
I've got mine a month ago and i love it!

Hi Y'all. Can someone give me a lil' help please? I connected my phone with PC thru USB. How can I transfer Video into the phone? When I went to Multi-Media, I only see MP3 files. There's no where I can see MPEG, AVI, DIVX, or 3GP. Can someone help me out please. My email is tam_979@yahoo.com. Again, Thank you very much for helpin out.

this phone is soo hard to get hold of in manchester its untrue. ive been trying to get the phone on upgrade and its impossable. no one has yet posted a commont on the music player and the volume does eny one know if its louder than the k850i and the n95??? i could go for the n95 but its the same as the n73 and n92(software looks wise) just with a better camera and the same with the k850i seems to be the same as k610 which i previously had and yet the software looks like the same as all k series fones tats why im going for the lg phone never had one before but the features and the looks of the phone look great please could someone post or reply about the volume of the music on this phone cheers

i just bought the Viewty and have been using it near to a week now. its a very beautiful phone, though i have yet to explore its camera and video functions totally.
The phone can get a lot of finger prints. The screen protector that came with it its a good idea.
and for some reason i cannot view the contents of the phone using my vista run laptop. i think the software that came with it is not vista ready.
the touch screen needs a bit of getting used to.
