someone said that when the memory card begins to fill up, the phone goes slower. Is this a noticable problem, if so, how much; a little while longer or a very significant amount of time?

I Went To Carphone Warehouse The Other Day And Asked What Is The Highest Memory Card For LG VIEWTY, There Reply Was 4Gb At A Price Of £50...But I Found Something Better An 8GB For £54.40.... Seriously The LG Can Take A 8GB

This Phone Can Take An 8gb Card..
But It Goes Very Slow, This Phone Is Ok, But Not The Best In The World...
It Similar To The Iphone, But Its Also Very Annoying..
It Depends What You Need In A Phone.. If You Need A Phone With A Camera, This Is Your Phone, but If You Need Something With Music Then The Sony Ericsson W910i..
But If You Need Something With Both Music And Camera.. Then I Suggest The Sony Ericsson W960i.. It's A Personal Favourite And Quicker Tha The Iphone

Hey guys I really want to get this viewty but has try to find the tv out cable before buying and can't find anyone one that is selling it.Tryed ebay and asking the mobile shop, none of them has got the tv out cable.
How can LG be so stupid if they release a phone that support tv out,why can't they supply or sell the tv out cable???I mean it's not hard right???.........LG next time try to release your mobile accessories if you want to sell your phone so people can use your phone in true potensial.

Hi,
I'm with T-Mobile in the UK and had the same problem. Am due for an upgrade and have been a customer for more than 3 years in total. When I spoke to them on Saturday they said I'd have to pay for the phone but if I want I can sign a new contract with a new mobile number and get it on the same tariff for free! But as an existing customer I can't get the same deal - how does that work then??! I'm seriously considering leaving them because of that, and they are rubbish anyway...

Hi guys. Can we please clarify if any viewty owner is using a new sdhc memory card and if so what is the max memory? There seems to be a lot of rumors about compatibility but nothing definite. If the phone can use 8gb cards than its surely an iphone killer.

I read on the brochure of the LG Viewty in Singapore that it actually has the face detection function, which I believe is new. Can anyone confirm that?

uhh whay are there so many idiots that dont undrerstand the 120 fps. It means that every sec you film it will capture 120 frames. When you play that back you get it in slow motion. 1 sec of filmeing is played back as about 4 sec of video. ie You can film ballons getting "popped" and clearly see the rubber expanding back slowly, something you cant capture with ordinary cameras. The LG takes 120 frames per sec and you capture very rapid movments, like a bullet exiting a gun, try that at 30 fps..

where ever you buy any phone, do not buy it from exoticphones.com . these guys are a scam. i bought a phone from them one time, and they said that it was in stock ony to send me a completely different phone in order to buy time to get the phone that i wanted in stock. so i called them and told them that they sent me the wrong phone. they said send the phone back on my dime and they will send me the phone that i ordered once they recevie the phone. no apology whatsoever. so i told that i wanted my refund back. i did not receive my refunds of $480 until six (6) months later and that was i had to go thru american express. of course the exoticphones told american express that they never received the item from me. okay, so i faxed amx the ups delivery notice to prove that exoticphones signed for the receiving item. amx made we additional 4 weeks on top of 6 months in order to let exoticphones make their reply, and they never replied to amx so amx did a back charge to their company.
save yourself grief and buy any phone elesewhere. or if you want to buy from them, then remember to keep all the paper work at least 6 months just in case they try to scam you.

Can anyone help with a patch for this phone? Have discovered that I cannot send MMS messages - apparently due to the software being V10C instead of V10E, is it possible to download the software anywhere? thanks

Also about the contract thing I always threaten them with leavin and ask them what they can do to make me stay with them.... you would be suprised what some companies will do to keep your custom!

The lense on the camera has no cover so I guess that a dissadvantage to some people.
I have took my phone out on contract with 02 and some tarriffs do require a payment but i just upped my tarriff to get the phone for free after 9 months I can have it lowered again..... spose they need to remake their costs somehow which is fair enough.... I really wanted it tho so I had to take the deal.

Just about to upgrade my current phone and very interested in getting a viewty can anyone tell me if the camera lens has a lens cover as I've found on previous phones if they don't, they scratch up very quickly.
