I have been using this phone (LG KU 990 Viewty) for the past 2 Yrs now, and believe me have not faced any major problems yet except for changing the battery once. I am very satisfied with the phone, its performance, its style.

Filming with autofocus and stabilization is possible through the service menu - ask Google for "close-up movies with lg viewty"

i have a 990 but some how the key for taking still photos is not working properly the option is stuck in video.can any one please help me???

Erm, I've formatted a 4gb memory card in the phone n i gives me 2gb. I want to get the formatted memory card back to its original 4gb. Is it possible? can any 1 help me?

Hello. I don't have a disk with my KU990i with the proper driver and the LG PC Suite. I would like to transfer photos from my phone and transfer music to the phone. Can anyone suggest what I should do or where I can get the proper software? Thanks

I don't like this phone much. I've had it for about a year and a half, and I've noticed that everything is really slow on this phone. The worst part is the mp3 player. Every time I put new music into it, it takes literally 3 minutes to load up. The touchscreen is alright, but not the most responsive. Without the flash, the camera isn't good. I can't wait to sell my phone and possibly upgrade to an iPhone.

hi everyone.i have the ku990i and i think this is a great phone.i had the ku990 previous and in my oppinion it wasn't so great.the camera was poor and slugish.the sw very unstable.the phone very slow in any operation.the battery died fast.but now all those things are bad memories because this model is realy awesome:improved battery life.stable sw.very responsive and fast.although it isn't schneider-kreuznach certified the camera is great and far more better than the ku990's camera and the flash although led is stronger than the old one the strobe flash at least in my case and from a user's point of view.even more the cool added features like smileshot.blink detection.face tracking are really good and light in video mode.macro mode is also great for close-ups.into the secret menu you can setup your phone for higher performance at least for the camera mode.and now i can watch mydivx movies on the phone witch strangelly i could not see on the previous model i dont know why really.it always showed me format not supported.very strange from a divx phone.the loudspeaker is very good very clear.incoming/outgoing call quality is great.loud clear and crisp.and all the things in this phone work seameslly.im not a lg fan but this a very good phone.if you want better than this buy a htc smartphone.you can make it even better with a little hacking.you can install themes and change the whole looks of this handset.this my point of view as i used both models and i strongly recommend the ku990i.good phone and very good camera module.

One of the worst phones ive ever used, i has a great camera but apart from that its just a really bad phone, the touch screen is bad and nearly everything takes ages to load up.. Wouldnt recommend to anyone..

Hello,
I just bought the LG Ku but I am having trouble getting it to work with at&t in the US. The signal is very bad and half of the time there is no service. I checked with at&t and they told me that it's possible that the phone is not set up to be used with a 3g network in the US. I am unsure of this, I was wondering if anyone might know how to get it to work? Thank you.

hello,everybody,im from China,now im using ku990,it nearly to be perfect,but the biggest question,the ability of reading the 2G card is tooooooo slowly!especially when u use the direct path to visit sth. for example mp3.sorry for my bad English.
