I love this phone! its the best iv ever had! the camera and everything is just top noch! i wanting the renoir i hope its just as good! lg and samsung are the best.

If you bought it directly call the company back and ask for a new battery, you have been given a defective battery. i have the same problem. but its a good phone so keep using.

hi.. i just bought this hp but anyway i have a problem.. it says that it can long last for the baterry but in only 1 days it already low bat..
i rarely use for the phone and anything..

Someone help me out tht If I bought memory card then Message memory will increase or not as have only 220 messages save in inbox thts not enough :(

my lg ku990 is having some problems, it is loading by it's self and some times hard to accept the touch. i don't know if it is virus or any other problem but what am i to do.

This is the worst thing about this phone is it's battery stamina. THE PHONE WILL NOT LAST 2 DAYS!!! If you always use your phone for business and critical transactions, do not buy this phone.

I had a Viewty for about 6 Months. It was Painful because:
* Poor quality loudspeaker mode for calls.
* dongle is easy to lose and slow to use (even for fast hands) because phone can't keep up.
* conversations where they can't hear me intermittently - ANNOYING
* not durable - everyone at some point drops a phone
* slow to text, scroll mode is crap because accelerometer is not very good
* battery life is poor - even on power save at full.
Best thing about this phone... DIVX player. That's it.

i have tried many diferent text formats including those specefied and the phone says unsuported file type. also i can get apps via bluetooth but can't send them. is there a way to send apps and how can i put text files on?

I experience constant drop outs and incoming callers cannot hear me properly. I can hear them very clearly but from their end my voice keeps dropping out. I have done every test that the 3 representative has asked of me and it is no better. If I put my sim card in my husbands Motorola V9 every one tells me how clear I am. If I put my sim card in an old LG flip phone that is about 5 years old, again my callers tell me how clear I am. But not the Viewty. I am very frustrated as I love the actual phone and its menu etc. My callers are so frustrated they call me on my landline. The other area of disappointment is the battery life. I barely get 36 hours out of it. I do not use blue tooth and I do not play music. The phone does not indicate when it is going flat (or I have not found out how to make it do it) so the phone can be dead for a long time without me actually knowing it.
