The Viewty is able to read from up to 16GB MicroSD cards very well, with minimal lag (i know because i have ab 8GB card), however for the phone features to function correctly you must have less than 2GB free on the memory card.

i have a question. you see in some countries and through some companies (three australia) lg viewty is being promoted as having a 3.2 inch screen. while websites and other companies say 3.0, would anyone be able to tell me as to what is the exact number ?

Yes, you use 8gb Micro SD but take note that it will lag the phone extensively. I am sure many users encounter this problem too.

hi. i think the fon is great my batery lasts upto 5 days so its a good bat dont no wat every1 else is goin on bout but anyway i would recomend it 2 any1 how is thinkin bout getin new fon.

I'm looking for a phone with a loud ring tone has touch screen and has the functionality of a solid phone. I like the layout and the specs of the VIEWTY. I'm interested in buying this phone however, I'm looking to buy it on Pay As You Go not contract. Is the phone available on Pay As You Go & how much can I expect to pay?

I am not able to delete the mobile office settings (Airtel) in my Viewty for the internet connectivity. This got set up automatically when I inserted the Airtel simcard.
My wife is currently this handset with BPL network and we are not able to define the settings required for the same due to the above.
Can someone kindly help?
I have subscribed to the WAP feature in BPL but am not able to use it due to the above (this feature works on other handsets e.g.Nokia).
I am using my Airtel connection in another handset.

Yes, you use 8gb Micro SD but take note that it will lag the phone extensively. That is the downside of this phone as it can't support more than 4gb in an acceptable condition.
