iyyappan, 17 Mar 2015any one knows easiest way to root LG L90 D410 dual...? k... morepurple Drake lite for root, if you have read little bit more you will know that already , as for update to 5.0 its roling slowly, who can't wait, should see XDA for update instructions .

Lollipop update is now available in india... Life's really good...
Now downloading 776.63 mb update file..
Lg l90 is the first Kitkat and one of the first lollipop device in india..

AnonD-58875, 08 Mar 2015Problem solved. Download camera MX and its fine to capture ... moreActually, the problem DOES exist. I've had issues when using camera under low light. In direct sunlight, there is no problem. Quality is just, WOW.
But the moment you move out of the light, that 'WOW' wears off pretty soon. Focusing IS hard, and you need to be constantly adjusting the angle to get the best focus.
Stock camera app is the only one that works the best. I tried many others but, sadly they don't work as good as the stock one.
The solution ? Don't shake while recording. Let the camera take its time focusing. That's it.

I need to turn up the brightness to 100% to even make out something visible on the screen. In other words, you WILL be able to use it at 100%, under direct sunlight, but it won't be the best.
Durability is only valid about rugged versions of phones. Samsung releases some of those versions. So that is a moot point. Still, if you insist, then know this, that I dropped my phones a couple of times (with a little momentum) on hard concrete, but it survived. However, I was using a hard back cover from Nilikin. It's a bit pricey, but damn tough. Worth it. And, I forgot to add that I had no screen guard on. So, maybe, Gorilla Glass FTW ? I hope so.
Frankly, Samsung and LG aren't that different when it comes to durability, but because it is about L90, then you should be happy that it is not all metal or some other precious material. Or else it would have had the chance of developing cracks via drops.
I've many family members using Samsung phones, and they are no different from my LG. In fact, I'm the only one who has an LG :P
Bottomline: Samsung ~ LG. No difference.

My phone battery is drai... moreSure, go ahead, root. Install not only Wakelock Detector but ALSO, Greenify. There now, everything is covered.
I'm myself using Wakeock+Greenify combo to silence misbehaving apps. Battery restored to former glory.
