PLUSES:Unarguably one of the BEST DUAL SIM PHONES. Runs 64gig memory,(32 is specified),Runs all my android applications and runs my Bible Audio en Francaise(no other phone, I repeat no other in the KitKat category runs them), battery last longer, display impressive,8meg Pixel shoots like a 13pixel,audio quality great, Gorilla2 protection(phone has fallen from my hand thrice with no scratch),Runs banking applications(no hanging)and this also is a budget phone in Nigeria
REGRETS: This phone ought to run a 5.0 or higher screen instead of a 4.7

You can use tethering (Hotspot in LG L90). to use it on laptop (having WiFi support)
You will have to configure hotspot
Alternatively you can use USB tethering, Here you will have to connect cable to USB port of Laptop/Desktop and select USB tethering (Instead of Charge only) option
