Saw the phone in stores, fascinated by the design,...and then i bought one...
But it's only the design that's good. so many lacks of features. anyway, on my manual book it says the max capacity of the miniSD is 128mb. Is that true?? Bought it in Indonesia, the name is LG G262 here.

This phone is GREAT!! I've loaded the cd onto my PC and try to copy photos from my phone (have the cable too) to he pc, but don't know how to.
Any help?

this phone sucks. only thing which works properly is the torch and after you switched it on you have to again open the flap to close and when the camera is on you cant use the torch. blue tooth many files you can save and only save no soft ware to play one. mp3 yes with the same money you `can go for mp3 i pod . nokia the best . saw this phone car good looks and very sad to dial the num also. dear all please dont go for this phone .

Hi, bought this phone yeserday and am battling with the devices, need help. Even though I've activated the bluetooth, the handsfree is not getting recognised. Anything elsde to be done?

this phone is fantastthe photo quality is better than nokia. sound is clear and crisp. up to 1gb memory card available. its cool

no sound recorded in video recording.camera and sound exellent,great after sales service.free bluetooth headset an additional advantage.

Don't buy this guys....
Lots of probs...
->No IR
Only 20 Sec Video recording,that too without sound
->Slow
->No continuous display on front screen
->No OS, so, no applications can be downloaded
->Even game download from LG site doesn't work!
->No composer or picture editor as in similar range models of other companies
->Bad menu for the front screen
->Shortcut keys doesn't work often
->Bad software provided in the cd that comes with the mobile...
->Relatively unknown video format is used(.lmj).This can be played only in the player that they provide with in the cd and so videos cannot be shared.
->Cannot play any other mobile video formats (3gp)
->Even sound can be recorded only for 1 minute max...
->Display quality of front screen is very poor...
->No loud speaker

Hmm,
Haven fiddled with the MP3 stuff, didnt really want any of that.
But I have seen menu options where you can assign an MP3 track as the ring tone and have seen menu options to assign people from address book to a ring tone group.
What I havent found is how to assign an MP3 to a group.
USB works fine for me.
Not interested in downloading Java so cant comment there either.

Does anyone have problems connecting the USB cable to a PC. I always get a message 'USB device not recognised', although the software and driver installed ok.

Why WHY WHy this phone - I was told when I purchased it that you can get the latest JAVA apps and games etc for download....YOU CAN'T NOT EVEN FROM LG. and there is no support anyware. This sucks, I spacificly wanted to download games etc and now this. This is a total sham

Not sure what your talking about with the hp bit but the LG certainly comes with a CD and USB cable, the software isnt too bad either.
