best metro phone interms of cheap good and never turns off fast coo batery utube always works gps and only $40 a month $35 with family plan

Phone uses to much battery, gets to hot, 4g works when it wants to. Only takes good pictures and video

Denise, 20 Nov 2012It is a strong well put together phone. my got thrown again... moreOver the summer, the phone was accidentally washed in the clothes washer. Took cover off and blew it dry with an air can. Then I turned on a portable fan, and left the phone under the fan for 24 hours. Then I turned the phone on, and IT WORKED ! ! ! And has worked ever since.
Even before the washer incident, people complained that my voice was fading out, when I was using a bluetooth, at home. Don't know if that's the phone or the bluetooth.
I do wish the On/Off button was recessed and harder to accidentally engage, when holstered and bend down to pick something up.

the cell is great,best phone i have ever had,very quick ,holds lots of info,great camrea,4g again very fast ,you dont have to wait,it can do more than three things at atime

I've had this phone for two months. It went into Emergency Mode and there is no way to reset it back. I've followed all the instructions available to no avail. It's going to be an expensive paperweight. Piece of garbage.

Ive had this phone for over a year now and its been awsome i love the cpu. It says its a 1.2ghtz but it runs at 1.5 its basicly a mini s3. I've been wanting to upgrade just because of screen size but i cant find a comprable device with a bigger screen at a reasonable price.

I have this phone and I agree with a lot of the comments and I have had nothing but good luck until the other day when all of a sudden the screen froze up on me ....I tried what I think is everything to regain access ie....hard reset...taking the battery out...turning it on and off...etc. but it still is frozen...Should I consider it cooked or is it fixable. If it is savable can SOMEONE TELL ME HOW!!!

I having a problem with my phone heating up. I mean it gets HOT! I take the battery out and replace it, but still it will get hot. and of course it is locked,/frozen up. But other then that, it works fine! good phone. Plz help
