guys when i get call on my nexus 5 display is not active i can able to hear rington but display not showing name of the person who calls ...i need to manually click lock button only than display getting on ...this error not happen in KITKAT but after Anod 5.0 this is problem ....any one facing same issue pls reply back

How about the music quality through headphone? i'm really addicted to listening music all the time.. if you compair z1's walkman player and nexus 5 music player which one is better.. :)

pinkyyy, 26 Nov 20141.But as I heard the speaker sound is also not that great i... moreFor decent n branded phones volume is not loud u can check the iPhone volume but still nexus 5 has decent loud speaker, and ya its about year old but dear check the specs of latest flagships like Samsung s5 which is running on 801 snapdragon n nexus 5 runs on 800 hardly and difference. I have one more option because I m gonna buy soon that is oneplus one if u r lucky go for it, its a wonderful piece of hardware, still have questions then u can WhatsApp me or Skype me :) tc

pinkyy, 26 Nov 2014Thank you praveen :) I'm just confused between IPS display ... moreThere is difference between amoled and IPS, being an 3d artist I can tell this in technical way, amoled don't need back lit panel to lit up display specially blacks are very deeper no extra hardware to display to display blacks on screen, benefits of amoled is larger viewing angles and deeper blacks and colors which looks great to eyes, now cons of amoled is colors are not accurate it looks great but it is not accurate its over saturated if u know adibe Photoshop and gamma 2.2 then u know what I mean. IPS panel is also great again world is divided between amoled and ips, I moto x2 the benefit of amoled is screen automatically lit up and shows notifications without unlock. Now next question note 3, moto x2 and nexus 5, I personally suggest go for nexus 5 but battery back m camera is average, moto x2 is over priced and less memory only 12 gb user available and about note 3 don't buy its not on snapdragon processor in India its on exynos stay away from note 3. The only problem is, that we are consumers, who paid for the phones and not Google´s beta testers. If an update comes out I expect it to work 100%. Not only the os fails, many components as well. Just read feddbacks about the Calendar app on play store. 1-2 stars. Hundreds of them. Like the new gmail app. Epic fails...

I ... moreMoto x2 has better camera and better built quality specially the bamboo version looks cool but 34k for 16gb ( 12 GB available) not cool at all, nexus 5 is pure android which is cool, camera is decent but not better than moto x2, both devecies are good both r running android lollipop at the moment but choice is yours. All the best. Any other help feel to ask your queries :)

My phone is rooted, so I flashed L manually. Next day I flashed the 4.4.4 back. The design is like made by kids in the kindergarten, battery issues and lots of bugs. What a crap!

Battery on lollipop is a major disappointment. Tried the battery saver but performance is severely throttled - just how much? - well my nexus 5 only scored 17500 on antutu 5 with battery saver on.

I would not recommend this phone to anyone who is "out and about." I absolutely hate the market trend toward non-removable batteries and lack of control for the user. I had to buy this bulky external charger and now need to walk around with this thing and a wire coming out of my pocket. On subways and buses it likes to wrap around arm-rests, doors, poles, and anything else and then violently rip my phone out of my hands onto the floor.
I am going to sell this and get a G3. G3 has a removable battery and all around better specs. The whole "Apple way" of doing things isnt going to sell to engineers like myself who actually want to fully use the device we purchased.

As a rule, Lollipop must have gone through betas, to finalize. So many bugs as on air, needs urgent update with a sure remedy in 5.1 update.
