Guyz i used android L for 2 days now i liked it but some things bugg me.. I cannot record calls now using automatic call recorder.. It recorda my voice but next person i m calling is not being recorded plz help on this matter... 2nd how to insert more toggles in my notification settings like auto rotate screen.. Help me on this thx

AnonD-325959, 21 Nov 2014After update there is no silent mode.Press the left side volume button.you will get a bar having none,priority,all.select none for keeping the phone entirely silent and priority for keeping a few things silent eg.calls messages etc..

Yes, I have nexus 5 for 3 months already and now that I update to Android Lollipop 5.0 came and its really smooth and easy to work with. But I'm unable to access for app is gives me an error saying that 'Unfortunately,has stopped. Report or Ok'.my MX Player the error say 'not unsupported for the android version'. I even can't find the gallery and the camera is not good as the old one...The menu used to be transparent... Please help me to fix this issue.. I LOVE THIS PHONE... Just dont want to loose it plsss help.

Battery saver really does throttle the cpu.. Checked the cores and only one was running at 750mhz. Tried antutu benchmark just for a laugh with battery saver on and scored just 17,500 lol. It's also supposed to limit background processes - funny how I'm getting playstore notifications for updates :)

AnonD-95344, 21 Nov 2014Use Quickpic as a gallery replacement. Its even faster than... moreJust selected the on device option. It doesn't have to look on the cloud instead I think. It seemed they have been doing this since KitKat so maybe that's the reason why they dropped the native gallery. My opinion is that they should have put the on device option on the top of the list of menu side bar.

AnonD-325959, 21 Nov 2014After update there is no silent mode.Hi kartthick, download an app named called "notification toggle" and you will get shortcuts to many usefull mode, including silent mode.

suhas, 21 Nov 2014is it still worth buying nexus 5 ?Yes, I have nexus 5 for 3 months already and now the update to Android Lolipop 5.0 came and its really smooth and easy to work with. I have no complains about the software. I didnt observe any serious crashes or sudden restarts of the phone. The only thing that its not as I expected is the gorilla glass 3. Its not so hard to earn scratches on the screen as I expected, but if I was with a screen protector in the first place, I wouldnt be complaining about it. Also the battery drains kinda fast, but with such big display and many background apps, wifi and mobile data always on, its totally normal.

I hate the 'Photo' of google. They drop the android native gallery app. Viewing your photos offline will make you wait forever. That suck more than anything that had suck before. Play music app not on lock screen anymore what the hell!!!

suhas, 21 Nov 2014is it still worth buying nexus 5 ?Yes. Many bugs will get fixed in future updates. Still trying to figure out the new camera lol. Google music sound quality has improved dramatically after update. Finding another phone with same specs as nexus for the same price is impossible.

Got android 5.0 update Yesterday morning.. after that ..its Automatically rebooting constantly .... when it was on, if I touch the power button to lock the Screen it will get switched off/reboot...

Updated lolipop version is not dat good as expected. Phn causing issues, call sensor doesn't work display keeps on showing notification bar always while attending d call, no automatic adjustment for Brightness, der is no option where in u can reboot ur phone to normal if any issues occurs, stability issues always.phn causing INTERNET issues . Bored with lolipop. Waiting for a new updated stable version Google.

After updating my nexus 5 this morning I noticed the sound or volume is so low now compare when it was on KitKat..I need to almost put the volume on highest sometimes..Google please do something..other than this everything else is so smooth

Google lies about better battery performance though. With every new version of Android they promise better battery - well I've been using android since gingerbread and it never happens.

Just reset the device. Mine has frozen a couple of times on apps that haven't been updated for lollipop. Most work fine though and wait for bug fixes in future builds.
