All nexus 5 users might get update by this Wednesday or Thursday.12-11-14.
I'm eagerly waiting for this update n I'm very excited.

It's a phone after all there are very few which are damage proof , and for those which are not , cases save the day... The nexus 6 is out looks kinda interesting the only thing bothering me is that huge 6 inch screen , come on. They are starting to make phones nowadays like tablets , whats the point ? 4.3-5.2" is perfect , no need for any bigger... really Loved the old Motorola moto X , cuz it was a 4.7"..Ohh and btw bro , the battery is a problem its not that bad , but it's really not enough..

I just ordered this phone and I just want to know, is this phone durable enough to handle drops from pocket level? I'm that type of person who really drops phones often. I can't but a more expensive phone because it's hard to get them from where I'm from.

Only time the battery really drains fast is when doing heavy tasks and games as snapdragon 800 is a very powerful cpu. I personally will be taking a look at moto maxx/droid Turbo as it has a huge battery, powerful snapdragon 805 which is far less power hungry-the price has to be right though. If you can't afford anything more expensive than nexus 5 then go for it - nothing else can compete with nexus 5 in its price group.

nexus5, 07 Nov 2014it runs perfect :) stop hatingStop hating? I'm rank 49 on dead trigger 2 so I think I know what I'm talking about. I'm not one of these deluded people that says nexus 5 is perfect. I give nexus 5 praise where it's due and also point out its negative points. I point out the facts that I have noticed while using nexus 5.
Here are it's positive points
°Very fluid ui
°Loud,clear and bassy in the headphones with poweramp.
°Reasonably good camera
°Very good ergonomically, light and easy to hold, slim bezels.
°Extremely good value for money.
°fast charging - most of the time.
Negative points
°Bumper gets dented and marked easily.
°oelophobic coating wears away fast especially where you use your thumbs on screen for games with virtual joystick
°software is buggy - keep getting bug reports about release keys and also has the dreaded camera bug
°notification light doesn't work properly (software issue)
°battery could be bigger - really drains fast on graphic intense games
°slight lagging on Asphalt 8 and dt2 with high/ultra high graphics setting
°slight stuttering when scrolling up and down on some Web pages
°headphone jack is in the wrong place for me when gaming and headphones suffering with static now
°loudspeaker not loud enough really - when you've owned a Sony Ericsson wt19i live Walkman you will know what I mean
°touch screen sensitivity at bottom of screen can be poor at times.
°screen can look washed out on some angles making blacks look light grey.
If this phone was £400+ I would tell Google to get stuffed but because of its low price all these negatives become more bearable. I knew about many of these negatives before I bought the handset - so why would I buy a handset that I hate - stupid boy!

moto x news was a fake here is some thing from officials
UPDATE : Annnnnnnnd…. Motorola has just removed the
release notes page. It’s looking more and more like this
could be that soak test we’ve been hearing about and not
the actual OTA (but it shouldn’t be far off now). Stay
tuned…
