Anonymous, 25 Jul 2014Guys, help please. In your opinion, which phone is better? ... moreI reccomend the Nexus 5. I've used all of those phones I once had my sister's old G2 and it came up with some major bugs and lag with using KitKat. My experience with the S4 is limited, but I liked it. But neither even come close to the Nexus. The nexus is the fastest and most stable and bug-free of them all. Plus it has better battery life than the S4. Hardware and battery-wise, the Nexus and G2 are almost the same and the S4 falls VERY short in comparison. And software-wise, while the S4 has all the Touchwiz features, the other phones are both better. Touchwiz on the S4 just drains battery and creates lag and there is no turning off the Touchwiz UI unless you're willing to root your phone. The nexus 5 has the fastest Software and will have support longer than the other two phones. Not to mention it will be the very first phone on the market to get every upgrade. Nexus 5 all the way, every day. Trust me. The G2 and S4 are both headaches. If it's any incentive, the Nexus has the lowest price of the three as well and it comes carrier unlocked from Google, meaning you get to choose whatever carrier you want to use it with.

vrz5, 25 Jul 2014Have android L been released for nexus 5? for Indonesia? i ... moreI've used L. It is a wonderful upgrade and the battery life does indeed get better with L. But I must warn you that L is not quite daily driver material yet. It's still very buggy and what's worse is the bugs are random. Different for each install. My first install of L and the system UI would occasionally close on me and there was some severe lag. Second install and everything worked perfectly with no lag at all, but i no longer had working mobile service for LTE, calling or texting. I highly reccomend upgrading to L. It's wonderful. But only when the final version is out. If you just want to check it out I can give you a link to a flashable zip version of L that makes getting the preview on your phone easier.

Send in the report, because it helps Google improve Chrome. If you want to get rid of the bugs, just switch to regular Chrome browser. For detailed explanation, read my other comment.

AnonD-43136, 25 Jul 2014Last night I installed chrome beta. Since then my n5 keeps ... moreIt is probably a bug for Chrome Beta. The app is meant to have bugs and be rather unstable. Beta means it is a test version. The version that people download to look for bugs in an update before it heads to the regular Chrome browser. Basically Beta Chrome gets an update before the regular one and people send in the bug reports and Google over time creates fixes for those bugs then sends the fixed update to regular Chrome. Send the the bug report (it's pretty much your duty in having the Beta app), it is most likely because of Chrome Beta, and it will stay there until either Beta gets its next update or you switch to regular Chrome browser.

Last night I installed chrome beta. Since then my n5 keeps saying bug report in notification area and do I want to send it etc. Is this due to chrome beta being installed or is it another problem?

Originally I went to the store to buy a galaxy 4, however when I spoke to the store retailer he suggested that I try the nexus 5. I never heard of it I said. He himself had one and showed or to me. Well I bought two. Week to make a long story short is the best phone I ever had. Internet site is great, picture/video quality awesome, everything about this phone is superb. When the day comes that this phone no longer works I'll get the same one or the next version.

For around as much, you can get a Lumia 1520, best battery endurance ever even under heavy usage. Better Camera, better user interface, reliability and premium features. I have used Android phones for the last 5 years and the only unique selling point is the extensive apps catalogue they have (which by the way drain your battery to death) I am glad I switched to Windows Phone Lumia.
