I have a Nexus 5 and the notification light do... moreI will uninstall my charging led app and let you know if it works as I could be mistaken because I installed the app on first day I bought this phone.
On to another subject - is there an immersive app that I can use where the keyboard still works? I havnt got rooted n5.

I have a Nexus 5 and the notification light does NOT work without a 3rd party app. Two of my friends also have Nexus 5 phones and the notification light does NOT work on their phones either without a 3rd party app.
There are plenty of web pages and forums of people complaining that the notification light does NOT work.
Perhaps you have the only Nexus 5 ever made with a notification light that does work.

After six months of release you were happy wth stereo speakers. This is still with Apple, Nokia, even Sony. All try to gve a vent but nothing inside, mann. Wicked ways of Mobility.

No it does NOT light up. Don't give out false information.
You have to use 'Light Flow' or 'Light Manager' to make the notification light work for missed calls/texts.

The Led does not light up when charging unless you install a third party app from the play store. Led should light up for messages and missed calls etc though if you just enable it in settings.

sam blaster , 12 May 2014how can we do dual recording in nexus 5 ...........plz if a... moredual recording??? hahahha...nexus 5 has dual microphone, which wil allow u to record sounds in stereo format...ie. u can have full control to sound in left or right speakers... recording apps can be perfectly experienced on this device :)

Hey, 1 Doubt. I plan to buy Sony's dualport usb drive (http://www.sony.net/Products/memorycard/en_us/usbsa/) to add storage to my nexus 5 ..Can anyone tell me whether nexus 5 supports this without having to buy the file transfer app from the playstore...

Silver ultra spexs instead of Nexus, maybe using last of the series. Most of other MCard ones now repent can't transfer apps to card, a limitations n KK. 32 GB is
Enough built-in. Still the most vanilla built with best specs at 300$ what a bargain Guys.

do you guys even think before typing???
people here ask questions and want answers but some questions just surprise me.
if you don't do your research don't cry about wasting money buying the phone, the LED is located at the bottom of the phone should light up while charging, if you don't find it look at your manuals.
