I bought nexus5 (32 GB) Yesterday. I am having one doubt, the android 4.4.2 have Two Run Time Operators, DALVIK mode and ART mode. Let me know which one is best for our device. If can I change ART mode means lot of Websites note ART mode is save our battery life and increase speed than DALVIK mode. But if it is possible??? Kindly clarify.

Lg g2 is better than Nexus 5 in terms of:
Multitasking, BATTERY BACKUP, Gaming, Camera features better OIS and a lot of user customize-able features you wish you had in your phone.
Nexus is better than G2 in only 2 less relevant fields:
latest Android and plastic back.
G2 will have the kitkat upgrade Maybe in April.

You can without any extra software installation. Just connect the phone and wait for the drivers to install.

What do you mean by this? Contacts on you SIM deleted? If you ever synced successfully with your Google account (contacts) then you should be able to get all you last synced data from your Google account.
For the error did you check you the connection of WiFi or Mobile network? can you able to launch any website?

That is not true, You can transfer files via USB and BT. I transfer without any issue. you need to go settings > stroage > Menu > USB computer connection > Check MTP
