Warranty is covered if u buy from your local Play Store, that is Indian Play Store. Earphones is included in the package for your country. If u buy from US & ROTW, there is no earphones included.

The best part is the uniquely designed stock kitkat which only for nexus user, if u have bought Nexus 5 about a month back from now then u might face some problem regarding the built quality and thats why i waited for it and i bought it about 4 days back, If ur Nexus 5 serial number starts with 310 then it might contain a dull speaker, not so comfy volume buttons and pale yellow screen ( look for serial number on the box) if ur serial number start with 311 then it has most of the problems fixed like the sim tray fits properly in also the volume button and the speakers have been tweaked, Google just announced today that they are improving it even further so all those seekers need to see the serial number on the all new nexus5 which is getting shipped Serial number starts from 312 on the box...anyways i am really happy with my phone and also with the built quality, it is as sweet and sublime and smart enough. I received a mail from my brother regarding his flight details and it automatically notified me in the reminder which just shows how smart this phone is, The snapdragon processor is a killer, try to play fifa 14 while putting ur 3g on and play audio song at the same time but still it won't heat up and niether will it lag. It is just in a league of its own.

For people complaining about low battery endurance and slight lags, goto Developer mode and change the Runtime from Dalvik Run Time to Android Run Time (ART), it proves a lot of differences in terms of quick execution and battery saving, but the apps will become a bit bigger in size !

Hey guys.. in the play store, it says 'leaves the warehouse on 27th December'. Does that mean, if I order it today, the phone will be shipped from US after 27th Dec only..? I'm from India. Ppl who got it(in India) from play store plz reply.. Thanx in advance...

I got this phone a week back..from play store.16 gb version..
Heres the hands on experience:
screen is better than s4 and apple i5..trust me..
Battery lasts almost a day with music, camera, games , navigation and everything..if u r still worried, order a portable charger from flipkart @rs1000...i did that..
Music and sound volume is sufficiently high..not very high..
Phone is a BEAST..i have just 1 gb free space left and there hasnt been a single lag ever..
Camera is the best in class after the update..better than s4..trust me guys its an honest review about the best phone in d market as of now..phone reeboots quickly..there r no issues with bluetooth / wifi / usb connectivity..'ok google' feature is extremely responsive and wud only get better wid further updates..video quality is awesome..al in all i find no perticular flaw in this phone..i bought d white nexus so i hav to take extra care..secondary camera is just fine..some users might find 16gb insufficient but then its ur choice..they r offering u 32 gb also..Final verdict is its an excellent phone..lightening fast

Got my Black Nexus 5 last friday from Smart Communications here in the Philippines
Mine is the 16gb version. I already hacked the phone and installed the latest franco kernel. This phone is f-ing awesome!!!
