AnonD-190666, 03 Dec 2013i got this phone a few days back, im facing a major problem... moreNot sure if you are on MAC or WIN, but I am on MAC and have had no prob connecting with Android File Transfer. That is unless you have Kies installed, if so you will have to remove it before you use Android File Transfer bc they don't get along :)

AnonD-50341, 03 Dec 2013im nt sure between g2 and nexus5.slow update for G2 chnge... moreThat's one of them questions that's difficult to answer as they are almost same device but different.I went for Nexus for a total change as its going to be fun setting it up whereas G2 is skinned with most things already on device.I also thought about them buttons on the back and decided its hard enough holding these full touchscreen phones never mind more fiddling finding buttons.The Nexus was 150 GBP cheaper in UK and its 32GB version G2 seems only 16gb in UK.So that's my 3 reasons for Nexus but remember its a shock coming from skinned Androids.

I have been heavily into Samsung and got a shock when I first bought this Nexus 5 it shows how much I rely on Samsung add-ons..I like Nexus 5 and want the fun of getting all apps on board & replicating Samsung add ons without all the bloatware and its good price.
I had Nexus S ages ago and that was one of the most stealth smartphones I have ever had it was pure black,screen pure black amoled and you did not know which way was up or down most times...It was like a stealth jet and hopw Samsung get to make Nexus 6.

It has a optical image stabilization an HDR+ mode which somehow makes up for it
Not saying that the camera is better than other flagships but it's not bad either

i got this phone a few days back, im facing a major problem, whenever i connect it to my pc, it doest show it on the list of drives, i cant transfer any media onto the phone because of this.
i tried changing from PTP to MTP,
PTP only shows the pictures, and MTP asks to open it with windows media player
anyone using the phone please help in this regard

alireza, 02 Dec 2013brothers!!lg nexus 5 or lg g2?why?plz answer me :/If you have money and you like the big screen , you need to buy LG G2 , because it has bigger screen and battery and the front and back camera is better, the video also is better for LG G2, and support more type of video,and the LG G2 have radio while the nexus not, but you can see the wight for nexus is lower than LG G2 and the screen is better with the ppi resolution and the price is lower than LG G2

Nexus 5 without card slot, also battery non-removable eh !
GS3 still a better choice in terms of price and facilities, once upgraded to Jelly bean 4.3 version.

Howeve... moreOh for crying out loud my Nokia 6630 10 years ago got hot during calls..This thing is using GHz of power and you expect it to act like a fridge..Does your computer or laptop not have a whacking great big heatsink on it and fan..
Some people should not be using smartphones if they don't even know basic computing or physics..If you are just using it for phone calls get a basic phone instead of asking stupid questions.

Just got the Nexus 5 last night. Great phone so far. However, I just spoke to my wife for roughly a 5 minute conversation and already the screen touching my ear started to feel warm. It was warm to the touch on the back of the phone. Anyone else experience this? If so, were you able to fix it? Please let me now. Thank you, everyone!
