Blazing fast phone, new processor, perfect size (I feel note 2 is way too huge) but if battery back up is the utmost priority then go for note 2 for everything else nexus 5,got it 3 days ago & I must say except for the battery(around 24 hours) every thing else is incredible to say the least.....

Nexus 5 Advantages
1]Pure Android
2]Faster updated you are always on the latest OS with Nexus
3]Price [Though price are same of both devices but Nexus has latest hardware]
4]I am personaly using Nexus 5 it is very fast phone no lags at all
Note 2 Advatages
1] If you are fan of samsung customization then note 2 is great phone
2] S-Pen is great to use
3] Battery backup is huge much better than Nexus 5

This is 24 Hour Nexus 5 Review , I have upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S II , and Picked up Nexus 5 from LG Dealer in India for 29500 INR ( Ya i know its high but due to shortage got only Rs 500 discount over MRP ) .
Display : HD Display is Great and with little Brightness works well in outdoor to , Indoor you can set it to zero and it still has the wow factor , big upgrade for me from SII .
Android 4.4 Kitkat : Nice and smooth , No lag whatsoever till now , Google has made some changes to settings and overall looks and features.
Looks: BackPanel looks ( Mine is BLack ) Not so good in Pictures but in reality it has its own Premium feel and comfortable to hold , Good Grip to .
Camera : I did not find any lag in Camera launcher nor any extra time for focusing , i have taken around 40 images and all have been satisfactory , HDR+ images are awesome .
Battery : i was worried about the Battery due to negative reviews by many and i tested the Battery and it worked for 14.09 with 12% left . I have used wifi for 7 hours on it , 20 App downloads , 40 minutes of voice call, 20 minutes of games and 20 minutes of 3G usage . I am satisfied with Battery , in between i traveled 60 km due to work. i have attached snapshot of battery so that you guys can check usage .
Loudspeakers : Speakers are not loud enough but music in earphones are good and even sound for voice calls are good , only problem is notifications sound are not loud, Big downer for me hope it can be fixed through software update in future .
Indian users Note : I got Lg earphones with the set and Data Mode is set in LTE mode so change it to 3g or 2g to use data mode in India .
