I have been using the 32 GB Black Edition of the phone for 2 weeks one. I bought it the day it was available on google store, came within a week. Also got the nokia wireless charger on sale. What I can say, I really like this phone and I am coming from Galaxy S4.
Even though I tried putting the SIM back to the S4, I did not like it as much as the Nexus 5 and came back to N5 after few hours.
There are many cool Samsung features missing, but just as a smart phone, the N5 is the best phone I ever used.
It's very fast, with multiple apps open, switching between apps, screens, gallery opening times etc are really fast compared to any other Androids I had. (S3, Note 2, S4,HTC one particularly).
Honestly I like the camera too, even though the reviews say the camera is not as good and so.I had a lot of problem with the S4 camera making it focus on the thing I want to, then there the photos taken inside room with artificial lighting always came grainier and was worse compared to my Note 2.
Also since the N5 did not come with earphones, I am using my S4 earphones and boy who say's it inst loud, I cant even go all the way up without hurting my ears.
From my experience I dont see any issues with the camera and headphone sound quality with the phone.
Ok, so what I think bad about this phone is the vibration is very weak, easy to miss a call if it in silent. If you keep in the pocket and walking you wont feel it vibrate.
The battery is good but even with the Kitkat optimization it wont last all day and there is no way to put in a bigger battery.
Since the phone does not come with an external microSD card, if you ever had to reset the phone, all your valuables gets clean wiped. (HTC one had this fixed, even with a factory reset it used to keep the user data.
So in my opinion HTC one was the best phone among all these phones but the IFXIT score and the future android updates, the Nexus 5 is a better option.

It is really a great smart phone..
There is 16 & 32 GB internal so it is wise decision that you haven't gave SD card slot...

All the over the phone is extraordinary from others, such as S4 and iphone5,but the main basic where LG is lacking is with micro slot card. this makes his price and value down, without sd card, is without mobile without chareger, nowadays there are plenty of apps upgrading a normal smart phone does not support at a extreme level..need to be implenmented.
