Have had this phone for about 2 years. It's awesome in terms of multitasking and speed. For the price it's always been a good deal. Battery sucks though. I have to charge it by about noon. (i am a heavy user).
And you can get nice photos with the rear camera if the lighting is right, but it is slow to snap. (granted the current update to the camera app has been a huge improvement).

Its irritating to see devices like this graded and/or classified by the "user(s) of last resort." In a market littered with Flagships releases every 6 months, LG Nexus 5 (aka HAMMERHEAD) has become a staple device for many Android Developers. Furthermore; given the outlook of pending '16 & '17 releases, do yourself a favor and find one then explore the possibilities for yourself. In contradiction to users with power issues, I'm running 6.x.x and going into day 4 of standby testing and looks as if I'll at least tack on another 24hrs. Power consumption has little to do with hardware and more to do with the stock Google bloatware and 600 Play store applications you have weighing down the environment.

However when heavy using and gaming battery will only last 3hours max. Nothing really wrong with the display unless you're after a true flagship grade screen.

Dont ever buy this phone., The display is very light and I have changed my display 3 times. Buy it when you are a light user

khan, 05 Jan 2016how about its battery can some tell me a honest review abou... moreI have a nexus 5 and the battery life for me does not last for the whole day, I honestly would like it to last more time on heavy use.
But it's depend on what you do with the phone, with the android 5.0 marshmallow the life time has extended on idle usage.

hi there, i am having issue with google maps on my NEXUS 5. Everytime i search a destination address on maps, its shows the destination but the navigation never starts, so when i start navigation, the device looses its GPS signal, thus navigation pointer doesn't moves with the car. It may catch signal at times but most of the times pointer goes off route and shows my present location at wrong place. Am i the only one having this kind of problem? I got my phone replaced 3 times due to same problem but the problem hasn't resolved yet. Help me out guys. Thanks

AnonD-481584, 28 Dec 2015after i upgraded to android M my head set port was stopped ... morePut it in recovery mode and wipe the system cache. Mine was setting off the Google search voice assistant every time I plugged in a pair of headphones until I wiped the cache.
