So now onwards i will upgrade my o2x from service center only instead of doing online as it takes time and waste so much of time :)

Hello,
I am looking to buy good Anroid phone to replace my obsolete Windows Mobile 6.5 phone.
Samsung Galaxy S 2 is great but, unfortunately, out of my budget.
From the most expensive to cheapest, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S, LG Optimus 2X, Sony Ericsson Xperia neo V, Sony Ericsson Xperia ray and Samsung I9000 Galaxy S are in my budget.
Could you please tell me some reasons to choose LG Optimus 2X over the remaining?

I encounter with my Optimus Black but I do not know about 2X. Mostly likely is the same.It is the design fault of the phone. If you do not key in the PIN of the SIM card, then the problem will be solve.

Problems with my front camera in video calls are past.it seems skype makes the problem not my android 2.2.
i downloaded for free and installed TANGO app. and video calls are perfect.
this app is extremely good...it is so good- just like red bull in energy drink industry :)))

Because i have upgrade my phone via PC (OTA) by myself, and it was stucked at 4% like you did (it cannot detect my usb conn). And if u cut off the usb connection, then ur phone get bricked. All u have to do is take ur phone to LG Center, to replace. There's nothing else u can do..

1.Dual core is not used by any android app ?
2.Head Set is quality is low ?
3.GPS not working fine ?
4.But now the price has smashed to 20 k from 26k ,so shall i prefer 2x instead of paying 18 k for Optimus black ?

You can try using Mobo Player once, i'm using this player with my optimus one P500 phone and it works very smooth. It has feature of Soft decoding for high defination videos if they don't play, or they skip automatically.

Tushar, 13 Dec 2011Hi, I'm facing a problem while playing youtube downloaded ... moreHi some videos which u ve downloaded will be in mp4a format which this phone cannot play, full hd resolution means 1080x1920 but some videos will ve 1085x1920 like so it cannot be played, so download video converter and select video format as mp4 and check the resolution it must be 1920x1080, or u can convert it into xvid avi format u get better picture and audio quality than mp4. The best video converter is total video converter u can download from the net.

1. Sometimes, it won't ask for a PIN code, it'll start right up.
Config problem. Easy fix.
2. it can't connect to the network when booting and needs a second reboot.
Phone company problem.
3. Mail works well one day, badly the next.
Remote mail server (POP3/IMAP4) problem. Easy fix.
4. The top edge is very sharp and after 3-5 minutes of phone calls I need to change side because my ear starts hurting.
LOL.
5. The ear speaker is poor and caller's voice is unclear.
Baseband problem. Easy fix via update.
6. The massive screen consumes A LOT of energy
Shutdown useless apps.
Spare battery.
7. Think twice before you buy this brick.
