Im facing a strange problem with my beloved o2x. Suddenly, the phone gets a massive battery drain and shuts off. All I can think now is that the phone is recording wrong the battery level, before this happen my phone were reaching 48 hours since the last charge.

Hi, i just updated to v10d version (i have LG optimus 2x / P990, i purchased it in US 4 months ago), in addition the baseband was updated to 1035.21_20110725 which is the latest, update was flawless, phone works good so far, i think its faster now but will know for sure in few days

For all those with battery issues with this phone, download the app called "2X battery" from the Android market. Mine used to last about 18 hours on a single charge, now it has done 64 hours and it still has 14% to go. The standby used to consume a lot, but now it can go down maybe 3-4% on a whole night till morning. For those who can go for Pro version, you get even better results coz it has night mode.

H2, 04 Sep 2011unbelievable. I just got update to v10e froyo. battery cons... more@H2...., I tried to update mine but the latest version it was showing was 10D and said i do not need to update. From which country did you update to 10e? I selected all possible countries and all of them were showing 10D as the latest. What to do to get that 10E?

I have the LG Mobile support tool but cannot even locate the P990 when I select my country. Even if I select for example the UK, I find the latest firmware to be Version 10d. Help please

lg optimus one p500, best phone to buy, u can blindly buy this phone without seeing reviews....all the options are xcellent...im using in this phone since 6 months, everything is sooo good ..i rate this phone 10/10

guys battery is good....would definately recommend this phone...games and hd videos experience is good.....no lagging at all...after loads of research i hav taken this phone.....buy it.

unbelievable. I just got update to v10e froyo. battery consumption is reduce a lot. now i satisfy wit the battery. say, i like all points now. but still wait to update to GB though.
try to update to this first, try... u will know
