I have bought LG Optimus P920, less then 9 months ago. Paid it around 3000 SEK, after problems with freezing, phone "making" choices on its own and not being able to charge it more then 5% I have sent the phone to repair. It is less then 1 year old and all is cool, right? Wrong!!! They installed the software again and determined that battery is worn out and they have to change the battery. Guess what folks, the guaranty on battery is 6 MONTHS, in order to change the battery and get my phone back I have to pay ONE THIRD of a phones price. LG service will charge me 1000 SEK for a battery change (a 2 year old can do it!!!) that probably got worn out because the LG SOFTWARE malfunctioned and I was forced to keep it on charger all the time just so I could be reached. Now I have to pay for LG mistakes. Needles to say this is first and last time I have bought something manufactured by LG!

MHD, 03 Sep 2012its the worst phone i've ever had it freezes all the time a... morethat was so sad. i haven't experience that since the day i bought it. not so lucky you.

and the features of is verry fast and smooth. in comperision with smsung its much better phone from samsungs any phone.
