Hello, Pino.
I'm a newbie to this forum. I'm from Hong Kong. In Hong Kong and Taiwan region we only got 10E, NO 10H of ICS. 10E seems still have some bugs.
Can you please tell me whether I should update to the 20B JB to improve the photo and video capture, and battery life?

maby the game doenst have support for keeping the screen active properly or the dev disabled it by mistake.
i cant think of any other reasons for the screen to turn off other then a software bug.

doe... moreI don't have any help for you but YES I have the exact same thing with the ringtones, drives me insane - but if I change it to another LG system ringtone, that saves when I restart it. But if I change to anything of my own, when I restart it goes back to the last LG ringtone I used.
Also, it randomly like...restarts without turning itself off, which might be what your phone is doing when it says it has no signal. Mine does that but I've watched it do it while I've been physically using it, all of a sudden the signal goes, and when it comes back the SD card starts loading again...
Now it's starting to do it at really inconvenient times - usually when someone is calling me.
My last LG (prada) did the exact same things - I'm now looking for a new phone and although I really really love the design of the LGs I can't risk another handset behaving the same way :(

Dear Friends,
have anybody experienced screen flickering on this device? I was playing a game yesterday and all of a sudden the screen turned off(like phone lock) but then i unlocked the phone and it asked me to resume the game.
I am worried that what went wrong. Today morning also i experieced the same issue ie., i unlocked the phone and immediately it turned blank. then again i had to unlock the phone. Please guys, your help with this regards will be highly appreciated.

Keron, 22 Jun 2013hey there,I'm considering this phone for upgrade...I have s... moreas hell said the audio is descent after all its a phone not a sterio installation phones wil NEVER bring the quality is a proper radio setup nore cover the entire low to high tone range.
and as hell also said there is no notification led but i use Missed message Flasher and i LOVE it.
you can set a sound for notifications and set the delay after which you get a reminder sound that you missed a message.
it works on every app i tried so far (gtalk whatsapp mail sms calls and the list goes on and on and on)
sadly it isnt free but its well worth the money.
you can also set vibrate reminders for when your in meetings and even add custom vibrates.
and you can also use your main screen and a notification led.
or ofcourse any of the combiations you can think of from those 3 or all of them at the same time.
i use just the sound it is doenst even use 5% for a 12 hour day playing the reminding sound every 5 minutes for the first hour and 10 minutes after that so its verry battery efficient.
most likely more so then the touch leds which are quite bright and therefore soak up battery.

do you want a big screen or are you fine with a smaller screen.
smaller screens means longer battery life which can be good if your one of those people wih their phone glued to there hands.
there is no phone which will be faster (noticible) then the 4x hd.
and for the price its still best price preformance by MILES.
just stay away from jellybean like ive bin saying for ages now so you dont add yourself to the bunch of silly people that regret installing jellybean and youl be a happy user :)

And for headphones, this phone has served me well after 9 months of use. it isn't in the top class league but i'm almost satisfied with it.
There is no LED notification, but some people were successful to add notification functionality to touch LEDs, after rooting the cellphone:

jimmy, 21 Jun 2013hi , my phone heats up like 40 .41*c after playing a game l... more40 degrees is nothing to worry about the cores can easely handle 60 degrees and most likely a lot more.
desktop gpu's and cpu's have a max temp over 90 degrees so as long as it doesnt go up to much i wouldnt worry and enjoy the phone:)
in the winter it might even be a feature to keep your hands warm :)

hi , my phone heats up like 40 .41*c after playing a game like subway surfer for about 30 min ...... is that normal ??? and does the heat have a long term effect to my phone or screen because it gets very very hot from the upper part

i have time enough its just the phones and or money that are lacking hehe.
i would love to play with flashing roms and other phones people say are better but i cant afford to kill my phone or buy all brands so i am do with what i have unless someone starts to sponsor me :)
