Hi, I am a OB user and i quite satisfy with this product. As you mention on ur problem about the dust screen, well, honestly i am from malaysia and this is the first time i saw complaint on dust screen issue.
LG in my area is much better as the service are good, problem solving is fast and responsive and others examples. In my area, Samsung is not that bad but i can say i owned a GALAXY SL and OMNIA before and its really terrible, i bought that devices before i use OB, i having problem such Overheat and reboot itself, freeze screen and even failed battery. I had myself gone for repairing but it takes me several times even months of running and the service of Samsung provided is somehow not satisfy me which as what u are facing on LG in ur area. So, i want to state that ur problem may not be coming again in others but it may be have the possibilities to happen, so far LG in my area are meant to be a good one.. I hope you can understand my words to you. Chill =)

OB's scre... morelg people were also surprised to see dust under screen their engineer came today checked the dust particles and took it for examination and i have been promised a new handset within 5 days ,so not bad they acknowledged the problem and say will give me a new one ,lets c what happens ,keep u informed about my replacement

Having dust under OB's screen is impossible. Why? OB's screen is made of a slab of glass. There's almost no entrance for dust. Just sayin' show us ur screen for us to believe.

Dust can go into the scr... moreyes bro thats true iam the unlucky one ,but when i bought optimus 1 long time back even then i was the unlucky 1, as i bought optimus black and again as u say iam the unlucky one ,bro its not only me who is facing this problem in india whr dust is relevant these r not seal proof handsets that lg is making ,i change my handset every month and let me tell u samsung is trouble free as far as dust is concerned ,even a low end phone from samsung is dust free so its lg fault not to have gone through with their so called testings and iam suffering bcause of it ,its my hardearned money which is on stake ,rest is upto u people to decide i just shared my experience with this poorly build handset that lg calls its flagship model ,may god b with lg who r making handsets without proper r and d ,bye people take my advice opt for samsung anytime as lg service and their representatives are really worthless

AnonD-11063, 06 Sep 2011does lg ob support SWYPEYes. It does support SWYPE but it doesn't install together with the OB, but u can download many SWYPE software from market .

But you just cannot deny or telling ppl not to buy LG product once u having urself encounters trouble, it is not nice to do that. People who bought any LG would have their OWN satisfaction, now u just like ruining people thought just because of ur dust in screen problem.... *** I have search through google towards ur problem but only you the one posted on and i dun seen any related issue =)***
