can any owner of lg optimus black can say how is the battery life .. Am going to buy this weekend i will use 1 hour net and 1 hour game and 2 hours song and few calls .. Will it last one day for above usage pls help

AnonD-18850, 22 Aug 2011What about the problem related to overheating of the LG Opt... moreit doesn't get heated up when u browse on 2g continuously for even 5 hrs. same with wifi. no comments on 3g. it does get heated up while playing heavy games but not annoyingly.and this happens with all phones. so no problems:)

Sach, 23 Aug 2011I purchased LG Optimus P970 2 days ago. Pros: quick respon... moreinstall an effective task killer (i use system panel lite) and kill the lg apps. exclude all processes that carry 'usb' in their name.

I purchased LG Optimus P970 2 days ago.
Pros: quick response, great display quality and features.
Cons: Poor battery performance.
Do anyone facing the poor battery performance?

i love it.... i am very happy with my optimus black. ......
I just want to say befor buying any smartphone you should try at least for 15mins.....

hmm.. im a bit confused right now. which one shud i buy, the optimus black or optimus 2x? ive read the comments on both phones and found that almost all of the comments on the OB is positive ones, while on 2x all of them commented on the battery life for being very poor even for an android smartphone. i was planning to buy the 2x, but after reading the comments on OB, i feel like buying it instead of the 2x. i know the 2x has better specs, but which one provides better price-to-performance ratio? Thanks in advance. :)

I LOVE my optimus black. It is a wonderful phone. The only downsides are that the battery doesn't last very long and it tends to hang every now and then. Lovely phone nonetheless.

i check out the optimus bright the korean or japanese version of the optimus black i found out that the bright is running on gingerbread already and wondering why the black doesnt have a gingerbread update considering the bright is the same model as the black.. and the lg sol is going out with gingerbread ,i feel left out with my lg optimus black almost everybody is upgrading to gingerbread and here i am stuck with froyo..

What about the problem related to overheating of the LG Optimus Black, even after the use of merely half an hour... i.e. playing games or using 3G services???
