its one of the best phones and that too for a small price tag im using it for about 3 months and im completely happy it have got awesome camera quality

This is by far the worst phone I ever had. Slow, lagging, random-working internet connection, short standby time, catastrophic user support. I am never going to buy anything from LG again, not even a needle. If LG was the only supplier of weapons in the world, there will be global peace, because those weapons would not be able to kill anyone.

just connect your cp to your pc and then run the lg mobile support tool

U need 2 download 2 thngs to install official ics on ur OB. The lg extract sofware nd the KDZ file. Google it nd u wil easily find them n the process of intallation too. I hav intalled ics on my OB. It is running smoothly n the battery bakup has improvd dramatically. No issues.

Is Java software required to be installed for updating the GB to ICS thru lg mobile support tool? Has any one successfully updated without Java? Bcz wen i opening my lg mobile support tool, the start updating button is nt active even though i am in GB. Its asking for CDC Serial Drivers. Where to get these? I already installed the required drivers from lg india site. pls pls help. awaiting to update to ICS from many weeks. still struggling.

When I connect my phone with my laptop via usb cable for updating and the LG software agent shows that the cell phone is already the latest version. All the drivers are installed.I don't understand why i cannot update to ICS

LG Mobile Support Tool detected that my unit has a software update available. Surprisingly after 2 hours of waiting, I saw my phone updated to ICS, which I've been longing for. So far, I'm loving it!

It is my first smartphone and it is good experience. With new update from Android 2.3.4 to Android 4.0.4 is a huge step for how quickly respond to all comands. I have ICS since yesterday and it's so good.
drawback from ICS experience: battery download much faster over the Gingerbread. (e.g.: 10 hours with ICS and 18 hours with Gingerbread)
