LG optimus black is a gud andriod smartphone but the only problem is that wen we r using internet the battery burns approx 48degree and wen the mobile is at charging it also burns at 35 degrees and can any1 tel me that which software frm andriod market is gud to kill tasks and which battery saver to use to run gud battery

My p970 is stuck at boot in the LG logo, it occurred after upgrading to 2.3 , Took to service center , they say it is a mother board problem , any body else having this problem? they say i have to wait until the spare come from Korea.. damn

My first android. I used to have an iphone 4s but i gave it to my wife and tried android. So far so good. It's not an iphone but it gets the job done. And it has a 4 inch screen! Battery life is bad. it needs a battery saver app.

All android phones have this battery problem.

i bought this phone last june 8 as my birthday gift for my self, and i think its being worst coz the baterry are getting low very fast even my wifi or bluetooth are off still the baterry is getting low, can any one help me on how to make my lgp970 battery last long, thank and god bless u all

I ... moresometimes we can purchase the unit have a factory defect. like me i was buying before the NOKIA brand. 1 day after they can making heat and my hands. the problem according to the serice center is about the motherboard. same to your case now in your phone. get it.?

I had Put a pattern Lock & My Bro Tried Unlocking the handset.
So in turn because of Exsessive Attempts the Phone is Locked
The Data on the Phone was dissabled, so now I have no options to Unlock the Phone, can Anyone help.
The Lg Indian Customer service really sucks.
The Toll Free No has given wrong Info when called to get the Phone Unlocked

Please don't buy this phone it has hazardous SAR rating. I purchased this 4 months ago n I am facing a lot of heat to my fingers. So to overcome this problem I purchased a wifi router 1 month ago, 25 days are full of relief but after this phone's wifi messed up. Service center told me to replace motherboard. Lg's service is good but why the engineers of these mobiles can't make Samsung like mobiles, who's SAR rating is very very safe and phones are rough n tough to absorb shocks? Please Lg it's time to work now.

Yes, after upgrading to 2.3, even my compass not working.Dont know why. I'm from India. But i'm using this fone since 1st Aug 2011,extremly happy with this fone.Ya it hangs a lot after upgradation(as all android hangs) but battery life increased a little. But if u "end task" all the BG running unwanted apps..one can get good battery life too. Thanks.
