Dear User LG OB, if u dont want anything happen 2 ur phone, don't change anything or some problem might occur. if you wish to upgrade or download anything, u should refer to LG, don't simply go to phone shop.. i've been used this phone 4 6mths already...and i really like it!! compare to my previous phone... Galaxy Ace. :).

battery life of this phone will last if you download the EASY TASK KILLER in the android market. choose that brand. it is the most effective brand among all battery saver or task killer.

very stupid phone without manual hard reset. unlike samsung ace for ex. you can put recovery to reset phone using hard reset. home + volume + power on. P970 got none...very dangerous phone...waste of money

stay away from this phone! my P970 suddenly hang up, when reconnect battery, LG logo stays forever, stocked in Bootloop. i tried Official LG Updater, Smart flasher, KDZ flasher, etc... all failed.
