After update to v2.3.4 my Optimus Black not respond to Home button, I couldnt receive calls, I dont see contact names when receive calls (the appears in call log), LG PC Suite says that phone is locked and unable to cantact... LG support... there in no support. By LG, I'm looking to Samsung Galaxy

I think basically there is no much difference between those..but now (with 2.3.4) browser support regional language fonts..for me I can see Tamil fonts in facebook.
Earlier (Froyo), I could not see tamil fonts which seems boxes.
2.Some new apps integrated google+, messenger, download,
yet to find more..

Hmm.. with what more do it offer, it really suit with its price tag. Bought this phone in 5 months ago, now is still perform very well and pretty fast response for me ^^ I am a university student, consider this phone is best for me on net surfing, viewing docs, note taking with its 4 inch NOVA screen, viewing words is sharp and its clarity was good under sunlight
- really very lightweight and fits my pocket nicely - stock headset is not so good in music listening but bought a Altec Lansing headphone for it(quality is GREAT) .. everything is working so nice!!
It is my first Android phone and first time bought phones from LG brand... hmm feel no regret and very satisfy of it..Love my Optimus Black ^o^

Are you a part... moreBlack and 3D unable recognized SIM card after two month of using (This is due to mostly the SW problem, i have the problem on my old Galaxy S several times in its version of 2.1 before)?? Perhaps you are the unlucky one.. My bro have this model 7 months without any issues on its SW and HW, while my frens owned the 2X and 3D both of it still working fluently with what they pay for, have for 8 months and 6 months respectively, beside the battery backups was a disaster, other than that is still perform in very good condition. Well, beside the updates sucks, other than that, service of LG in my region is still consider the good, as least it better than Samsung here with those crappie and impatient services.
LG support wasn't good enough?
I have emailed the LG twice and twice of the emails reply within few hours, gone for service center and they treat even nicer, I don't wish to say this but it is true and i am not any partner of LGs, plus i have a 42-inch LCD Full HDTV 42LG60 which last more than 3 years without any problem coming on me, nothing to bother me that i pay for what its quality.
SW update not a big deal, 2.3 and 2.2 is not a big different or i can say only made smoothness better and Wifi connect faster(tried flashed with GERMAN official ROM 2.3.4 on OB)... now is look on for ICS, want to have GB? Root the phone and install custom ROM. I don't understand you keep bothering this page... You seems to made every of your advice very sure on this phone is a disaster of LG have ever created... I have nothing to say on you. Is the people choice and not all LG is provide bad support, they may provide less support on mobile field but for other product they made, they do provide swift supports also =)

this one and O3D P920 which is not recognized SIM card after two month of using
what you say when you try to get support from LG and find negative responding?
I did not find anything
I've lost my money
So, I have to advice you and others
and this is my opinion, take it or leave it
and don't base your opinion on me,just post your opinion about the mobile phones

Geez i like the phone not minding the price. but geez 2.3 is taking like for ever ICS is already out and yet no 2.3GB? wont suggest this phone until update is good. both GB and ICS. =D
