Hey guys i brought this phablet 3 days ago, no problem yet, the battery life is good and the overall performance is great. I compared my bro's note 2 with mine in all aspects i got my lg g pro stands tall but the battery life of my g pro is slightly less than galaxy note2, so overall its great.
in order to update the os just install lg pc suite in your pc and get it upgraded.

i used s2 to s4 and note1 & 2, but this phone is amazing. the special features like smart video, dual cam recording, and design, only one prob i am facing i couldn't import my contacts from the backup file . how it can be possible?

as there is no option for software update i connected to the lg suit its showed latest versions already installed
2nd massive bettry issue if I use it for a while goes down very fast

AnonD-289173, 31 Jul 2014thanks LG for the update. after kitkat update my phone fast... moreThat's really disappointing actually as all lower end phones like l70 l90 and g pro lite have the knock code so the g pro should have it too and saying its due to hardware or battery issues is wrong because then these phones shouldnt be able to handle it either. It's just sad LG is so lazy when it comes to updates that they forget their old phones.

I am using it for one year now...after i update it to 4.4.2 the LCD screen becoming blinking..what a jerk yeah..after that i have to go to LG service centre and they put it back the 4.1.2 jelly shit again..
LG..you break my heart man..!

Agreed. This one is better than Note 2 in overall raw performance but feature-wise, the opposite way.
I still dont get it why this phone doesnt come as favorite to other people. Like u said, underrated. Maybe because of the 5.5 inches screen.. XD

My F240L (korean G Pro) Powers off several times the day... I have installed a Packing on the opposite side of the battery connector to fit the battery even more tightly than usual, it solves my problem around 50%, still it turns of some times, specially when i keep it in a pouch... Great phone but a delicate one... Do not drop....
