I'm really confused between this and Sony z. I loved the design and simplicity of Sony Z but I think its not advance and has a fragile screen. For G pro, I loved its advanced features but don't want the design. Which phone should I buy, I'm going to become a college student, what phone will be more suitable for me?

i am having E988 model and android OS data usage is very high. i have deactivated back up data and auto sync but still OS consumes lot of data in the background. Any solution ?????

I am a dev myself (check my nick-name and search on google).
I am using the Korean LG OG Pro F240L. Its unlcoked. There is no problem. Even I updated it, rooted it and unlocked boot-loader and now running unofficial CM11 on it. I know many of you might not be knowing these things but there will be many who are much more than me.
My experience says, there is no harm in this phone. No problem for signal issues or data drop, until its from your operator.
I will suggest you to go for it if you're getting good deal for this.
And if you are in Delhi, then I am always there to help you out.
Now its your turn for getting this or any other.

You wont have the official updates. And some how the radio isnt catching up the signal like it should. Signal w/ data drops quickly if you are in a weak signal area. And even if you have strong signal the data connection sometimes goes off then on, which is annoying for sure.
