I bought this phone a while a go. All I can say that the battery drains faster because of the FULL HD Display. Performance is great. The camarea is a joke, is that 13mp or 5mp? Lol. But I've downloaded a good camera apps. For the applications, Samsung is still the best. I scored this phone 7/10. This is a good phone but not great.

By the way,I m not using the original charger because I bought the phone online (g pro is Not launch in Aus) and is not an aussie adapter,using my tablet charger instead,work like a charm!

i am going to buy this phone and i wanna know will it get a android 4.4(kitkat) upgrade when it launches?? reading opinions i see that it hasnt even got a 4.3 yet?

Ok Nel, i want this reply soon. When you charge, do you alsouse the phone? Cos with mine, whenever i charge and operate it, it stops there until i stop pressing it. In other words, it takes as long as pressing it to charge(which can be up to 10hrs or more). My charger is the one that came with the phone 1.2A. Usb charging is so slow about 20% in 1hr. Thank you

Using this for a week or so now (E988). Here are the Good/ the Bad and the Uglies ;-):
1. Battery Life is pretty good, comparing the size of the screen and FHD display.
2. Display is pretty good too, also I did not have any problem in direct sunlight.
3. Speaker volume is impressive, on headset - a bit low in noisy environments, say when commuting...
4. Camera: Its good but not 'mind blowing' or something...
Software:
1. Messaging app: Well, it seems pretty odd but does not have an option to put your signature or disable push messages! Which is possibly available on any other Android device available in the world. Disappointing really and had to install a third party app.
2. Still in 4.1.2 - no news when we will be upgraded to 4.3 or 4.4.
3. Got an update as soon as I set it up first time, but that was the 'Value pack' I guess... Anyway an OS update won't be just 90 MB!
Finally: Wake up LG if you want to compete with Sammy or hTC!!! Its an awesome device but where are the official updates? And also, fix these silly omissions pls.

Mine, completely off, 2A charger take about 2.5-3hours to fully charge! However, it also depends on what charger you're using, cheap stuff from ebay or in store I doubt it will supply a full 2A power, which is roughly about ~1500mA

Hmmm, 14 Nov 2013Two days on a single charge? Hard to believe. Can you tell ... moreYES! Syncing work + personal email all the time, plenty of phone call each day, few text, some whatsapp, facebook and surfing about an hour or so a day, game probably less than an hour a day and only play candy crush and PVsZ.. screen time average about 6-7 hours.
I do connected to wifi at work and home, 3G/ 4G only on the go,1-2 hours max each day..
However, I do found that if your network is unstable or constantly switching between LTE-3G-H+ it will drain your battery juice drastically. Depends on your location and unless you're in US otherwise there's no way for you to get a stable LTE connectivity, not even here in Australia. Hope that help!

Pls for those of you that say your G pro charges in 2hrs, do you switch it off while charging or it's switched on? If it's switched on does it mean you don't press the phone till it completes charging? Pls i need answers.

Battery life and charging time is not sati... moremy G Pro can last me 2 days on moderate use, everything syncing, 4G off, connected to wifi whenever there's one, screen brightness 50%, and normally will have about 20-30% juice left before I put to charge. Charging time, get a bigger amp output adapter (I use my tablet charger) and problem solve!
