hi, i m using this phone from 8 months. display resolution is not good. but its support games like subway surfs, temple run 2, friends i would like tell u that there is new software version available i.e jelly bean. i updated my device. from ice cream sandwich to jelly bean. due to update my phone's display resolution is much better than before.

I'm having some problem with it, maybe someone could help. When I am making a call, the screen goes black normally when i put the phone to my ear. The problem is that when I finish the call and take the phone away from me, the screen does NOT lit up again, making it impossible to END the call. This is a big issue. Does anyone has a solution for this behavior?

i have problem with google store when i want to download and install a game just gets back to menu and writes an eror!!!!!

Hi, I recommend you the following free aps from google play. I have been using them now for over 6 months.
1) File manager HD - allows you to move files from the internal sdcaSD to the external microSD abd back. Easy to use - great app.
2) WiFi file transfer - transfer any files (apps, pictures, videos etc.) to and from your PC. Start browser on PC, start WiFi file transfer and you can comfortably control transfers in a graphical user interface.
For L5 buy a microSD card because internal storage is limited if you want to store pictures or even videos.

It clearly says it has no secondary camera... If you still don't believe it, I have a L5 and I can confirm it, it has no front camera, just a 5 MP back camera...

At First let me present myself to you
I'm a (LG Optimus L5 E612)'s user , let me tell you my experirment with this phone :

1- L5 has a nice display screen with 4" inches , but low resolution and 256000 colors that would present you a scratchy display .

2- L5 freezes repeatedly and you must do a restart twice a daily , but THE GOOD NEWS here that you can end these freezing times by updating your firmware to JB v4.1.2 , I do this update by using V20B firmware and i have now no freezing .

3- L5 has a 2.6 GB user available in internal storage thats should be low , you must use an external SD card to save your photos and videos from camera , and your music must be on external card , and internal storage Specialized for apps only .

4- L5's video recording is so bad at night even if you records in lighted place .

L5 has a good price , I bought him with 160$ at 1/4/2013 , now available in market at price 150$
Samsung Galaxy Duos = 180$
LG Optimus L5 II E455 200$

Front camera best for SKYPE...infact am looking for such a phone with ARMV7 preocessor, android 2.3 above but hard to find in kenyan market.

People come here and ask for phones with front cameras... To that, we just ask "how often do you use a front camera?"

People end up buying phones with no front camera... Here, people don't use it... They might intend on using it, but they don't, so, me, personally, I couldn't care less it doesn't have a front camera...
