I chat with an agent of lg uk mobile support he said so.,i also don't believe what he said...if it is true some one should get the update by now..it seems like no one.does..

If you value the access your apps currently have to your SD card (such as saving, moving and deleting files), then you will be wise not to upgrade you L7 II P710 to KitKat if and when it does get released. I for one will not be, as I have another that has Kitkat installed from new, and it really limits the access my apps and I have to my own contents on my own SD card. Unless you start going down the rooting and custom firmware route. But the choice is yours.
