I believe the information about battery stand-by is simply waaaay overestimated. The other choice is that my phone has a bad battery (I just bought it a few days ago).
Last time, it last for about 2 and a half days - that makes about 60 hrs. During that time I was using the phone maybe for one hour. All the "battery-eaters" (3G, wifi, an so on) all the time off. The phone is new, there have been practically no extra applications installed yet.

Just go to 'Settings / Apps / All /' and look for and tap 'Google Search' in that list to bring up it's properties dialogue. Tap these buttons in this order 'Disable', 'Clear data' then 'Force stop', Tap the 'Back' button until you get back to your home screen and the Google search bar should be gone. One thing though, you will not gain any extra usable screen space by disabling it, but this useless widget will be a long distant memory. To bring it back, just 'Enable' it via the info above.

Eva, 02 Sep 2013the problem with network failing when charging is definitel... moreI faced the problem of losing network signals while charging. Went to LG service center where they recommended that I use only LG's charger provided with the handset. Earlier I was using my Blackberry charger. Tried with LG charger and faced no such issue of signals getting lost. Service center also mentioned that charging with other company's charger can also lead to software issues. So I am sticking to LG charger now.

Hi,
I found out that viber may be causing this issue with microphone. Is it possible to be true?
I try uninstalling viber and let you know if there's anything new. Also I've heard that soundabout app is being of use ofr this kind of problems.

Hey guys, I purchased this phone a week ago. I have an external memory installed in it, but whenever I took a picture using its camera it says "SD Card Unmounted:Read Only". The setting for the captured picture was set to the External storage(16G SD card). It only happens whenever i took a picture, music, apps, videos etc. no problem.
