AnonD-114814, 01 Nov 2013better is lg optimus l7Why ?. It only has 512MB RAM, a 5 mega pixel camera and a larger footprint than the P710 with the same screen size of 4.3 inches. Oh, and a smaller battery too, 1800 mah compared to 2460 mah in the P710.

              Battery life can be affected very much if your GPS is ON, but your phone is most of the time in places where it cannot detect the GPS signal (beyond walls, ...). It wastes a lot of energy (battery life) trying to detect the GPS signal without success, and therefore it is depleting the battery. If you don't need the GPS, then you better turn it off, and you will see a great improvement in battery life !!!

                I just re-contracted on my phone plan and got this single-SIM LG Optimus L7 II (P710) for FREE (yup, absolutely $0). This cell phone has an 8MP camera (digital zoom only) which takes decent photos, and has a comfortably large enough display for a person in his late 40s to read. The only major disappointment to this cell phone is that it lacks OTG support...

                  Most of complaints come from Russia so I think something is wrong with Russian P710 / P713. I've been using P713 ( single sim slot ) for 2 weeks and totally satisfied. I buy locked version with 199 AUD ( now is about 160 AUD ). No phone with the same price can be compared with P710 ( at least for me ).

                    great phone,better than my other nokia 520 or samsung flame at the same price in south africa.not sure why nashua mobile refuses to stock it.is the top end lg better than the s4 and note 3?.

                      I got one of these (the dual sim model) a few days ago and I am very happy with it.

                      Most of the people posting the negative comments can't even string a simple sentence together. I'd be surprised if they were able to work out how to use a phone correctly.

                        ha ha...... 3 days...n on 4 th day u still got 20 percnt....may b u have some other fon.. ..tell something believable...
                        k...k...i dnt want to argue....may b my fon ( lg l7 2)will have something wrong....
                        dos it lag wen playing simple games like temple run,moto race,subwy surf.etc.. my n my frends lg hangs...... is there any problem with the handset we got....
                        n it can play vdeos only 1hr 30 mints on full charge. .....n net tooooo slow......
                        wat a damn fon yar......n wat aprice..... pls compare this fone with s advance n core....plssss....dnt get cheated by reading the comments here.........

                              Hi,
                              I recently wanted to upgrade from my 2 cells sony erricsson 810i ( masterpiece ) & Samsung wave s8500 to a dual sim phone with android. And trust me after using these 2 legend phones it was making my choice of a replacement very difficult.
                              Did lots of research, saw Panasonic p51, Samsung grand, Quattro, the micromax, Karbons etc but finally rested with Lg optimus l7ii.
                              Been using it for past 4 days and now putting my reviews.
                              Pros:
                               Perfect size of phone for single hand use
                               Big size screen , with wonderful colour resolution
                               Great battery life , lasts me a cool 1 ½ days with more than average us
                               Wonderful function to switch between 2 sims , making it very handy
                               Wonderful camera , trust me ive used s8500 which had one of the best camera and this one at 8mp is better , video at 720*480 is also good
                               Lg has some useful additions inbuilt
                               Played subway surfer etc with no lag at all
                               Call Sound quality is loud, and so is the speaker
                               Music playback is AWESOME with DOLBY.
                               Great price at 13100/-
                               What more do u need in a smart phone!
                               DEFINTITELY A VALUE FOR MONEY PROPSITION
                              Cons:
                               Screen brightness in outdoors needs to be manually increase as no automatic light sensor is present
                               Back cover not easy to find in the market
                               Nothing really else which I did not find upto the mark I expected.

                                I bought this 4 days ago. The battery is excellent. And the call either is good, no problem experience. The only thing that got me crazy is when I'm connected to the wifi.. When I'm texting, gaming, reading e-book, and etc., The screen often hanged, but I just need to click the back button to get it ok. Hell! Do I need to always click the back button!? That's the only prob. >___

                                      yes..... its battry is not gud....dnt buy it seeing its battry spec.....
                                      but u cud get more life if u keep charging it about 45 mints more aftr full charge .......
                                      but if u watch vdeos n games it will drain like anything.....no other fones will drain like this....
                                      this phone is realy a waste of money....performance is toooo low....... n no memory n ram as other fones who has much less price ....( core and s advance etc.,....)
                                      all games hangs....... n cam is blured wen zoom..wen u upload foto its even more worse...its 8 mp gives low pic than 5 mp of other fones....
                                      its battry realy sucks.....,wat a damn fon.....
