i bought this phone a week ago.first the battery life was too bad.but after calling lg,they remind me I should go to taskmanager app (the phone app) and go to menu,then click setting,then mark "autoclear ram" and make its period for 1 hour.then go to "stop services" in the bottom of the setting and mark all apps to remove their background service.now it work brilliant.i charge it every 2 day with hard use.
just test this way.

I have the P768 in UAE. I bought the phone july 28 and updated to jb 4.1.2 yesterday.
ICS was pretty neat and good. towards the last few of my ics experience my ram would be overloaded coz i messed up sumthn real bad in the settings. so did a factory reset and upgraded to jb (version 20b)like there was no tomorrow.
using jb now. i feel the battery backup is more (coz maybe its more efficient). The new wallpapers are cool and also the quick memo where u can basically "minimize" apps and use other apps. oh and how could i forget U CAN MOVE APPS TO SD CARD IN THE JB UPDATE!!!!!! lastly i see the ram keeps constantly running on 500mb+ (no visible apps running under task manager). no biggie for me tho! havent checked the camera yet but if u want an update on the camera just lemme know!
also lastly my phone box came with a specs outline of the l9 but it was written 8mp when the sales man at carrefour said 5mp and it also felt like 5mp during my ics days! the best android for me

I purchased LG L9 P765.This phone is really awesome and superb Display and Unbelievable Battery Life. 3G Network working very fast.

In my view lg must attend to this and resolve jb issue immediatly

core and s advance has more featres n the price is tooo low....... only 12600.... lg l9 is k for the price..... lg products r real cheaters..... the price tag is tooo heavy for the spec they give.... eg : l7 2 etccc....

after many weeks i got this phone its my expriences
advantagous:1-wonderful display 2.clear voice 3.1080p video capturing
disadvantagous:only battery life(before updating to jb)
notice for who said jb uses more power:i had this problem,too. beacause after updating to jb,I hadn'tfactory reset the phone .if you reset phone after jb,the battery work so good.
