Can we move apps to external sd card in this phone?
If that doesn't work, than its a major flaw as the feeble internal memory will run out very fast.

you present similar notions i had before i bought this phone. xperia j should be rejected because of the single core processor and adreno 200 GPU. i feel single core processor not able to withstand new games and there is sufficient lag which is irritating(used a friends galaxy s duos for a few days den used a galaxy s2 world of a difference) now xperia p has equivalent specs to optimus l9. smaller screen means it has better ppi and mali400 is similar to powervgx540 so games of 2012 will work on both. what xperia p provides is better camera while optimus l9 provides bigger screen... i feel 1300mAh battery in xperia p will burn quickly. read a few reviews on that and your set to make a choice... i am still biased towards optimus l9 cause i bought one and coz LG made the nexus 4 (my first choice but was sold out before i could get 1) and will be making nexus 5. i hope i haven't made it harder for you to choose.

i am from bangalore india, i am planning to buy this mobile, I have got a query though....can anyone tell me if I would get replacement battery for this mobile , I mean I have heard that some mobile companies do not provide replacement batteries , now can anyone tell me anything about lg 's record in these things

hi... i posted alot of queries here and now i've bought the phone on the 10th.... 8 days have been enough to get a review ready for this phone.
i'll start by saying that i reviewed many phones before my selection i started with the galaxy note and ended with atrix 2 (my initial budget was 25000 INR ~ $500)
the phone is big 4.7" screen is nice to view from almost all angles and apt for the hand(i'm 6 feet tall so got big hands) note is a little awkward sometimes but this is apt for single hand usage
2.33 GB of internal mem for apps is adequate for many apps. i've got shadowgun which is 1GB and a few apps approx 500 MB.. so still enough. games rum fine and colors are vivid.
camera is ok.. i was using an x6 before this and i had a good camera as per gsmarena. this is also fine won't complain alot coz i have a DSLR and use that for most photography. if you want quality use instagram to get effects. video quality is nice and video player plays all formats i generally use .avi,.mkv and .mp4.
i bought a 16GB mem card at 600 INR ~ $12 and filled bout 9GB worth of data. works perfect. RAM usage is high 700MB used up by android which is normal so u get 200 to 300 MB free. my friends atrix 2 shows only 100MB ram free on ICS so this is normal. son't be alarmed if you get such low figures apps burn ur RAM. volume levels are ok. and as the speaker is on the back i keep the phone on the screen. the leather cover protects the screen and is good quality.

Addition to my review dt.14 Jan, 2 more cons are:
* Touch response is not very gud, sometimes u hv to click twice or a little harder to work.
* Tends to heat quickly (back side) while browsing or playing games
Overall - still recommended.
