No 1 andriod mobile in the world that supporta java. jbed is an appliction tht converts java files into .apk that supports andoid. in this way u can run java apps ,games on android. ok. and java script is different concept from that. which provides supporrts to browser. so all brosers hav java script. this 1 also. k.similarly also one thing i wanna say to all friends that this mobile not supports flash video. but flash player works fine with youtube and all beowsers. ok.

Plz help.

I bought this phone, now a week old. First of all I want to say you that it has all features except video call, Phone looks good, very much stylish than in pics.
1. Both sim slots are supported with WCDMA, If you put two 3G sims, only one will work for 3G and other will work with 2G. (User have a choice which sim to be in 3G, automatically other converts to 2G)., I say this is good to save to battery.
2.Both sims are running active unless you are on call.
When your on call(outgoing/incoming) other network will be in standby and comes back to network once call completed.
3.You can swap the network between two sims with a easy button provided to sim1/sim2.
4.Battery holds good as I expected running for more than 2 days (for normal usage) and 1day( if you browse/play songs/Games around 4hrs or more). Full charging takes 2 hrs.
5. supports 2.3.4 android, with 7 screen desktop options, All android features and functional is supported and I took black colored mobile also provided two back panels one is black & other is Gray, you can change.
6. Wi-fi connectivity is really nice. As usual if you use wi-fi hotspot(router) for data sharing kills more battery.
Just for test, I switch on wi-fi router and connected internet from my laptop for 3hrs is battery is down to 50%. Off-curse this is common for any mobile.
Remember battery provided is 1500mh we should say its not bad.
6. Price: Rs.10,600(INR-Bangalore) Really worth buying it. This is first branded phone with 3G+android+dualsim+Wi-fi+3MegaPixel+GPS+1YearTheft warranty in India. No other choice with this performance.
7. Not but the lease, Angry birds is really runs good.
8.Samsung coming with two models soon with same features & dual sim 3G+ android,hopefully next month.
But configuration is little low then LGP680,

I've had this phone for a few weeks now and I think it is a piece of crap. It would be great if it worked properly, but it doesn't. Half the time the SIM 1 slot gets no signal, and when it is working the data connection is horrible. I know the problem isn't the SIM card, because when I throw that SIM into my girlfriend's Samsung Galaxy Y I always get full strength signal and fast 3G data connection. I should have waited for the Galaxy Y Duos to be released. This is my first and last LG. Even my antique Nokia works better than this.

This phone doesnt support java ,is this info correct from gsmarena and if yes,would that create a huge difference, would that bar user from some applications in android applications??, would it Impact on internet browsing? Hws the bttry backup on net use? Please guide me friends

[deleted post]you are wrong! you can receive calls on any of the Sims if its data connection you are using. its even possible to receive calls on the very SIM you are using for data. I have this phone and I have tested it.

question: will it receive a call if the other sim is using data/internet?
sim1 - will it receive a call?
sim2 - being used for internet
-Yes it'll be able to receive call even you are using it to internet.

Can anyone having bought this phone comment on if calls can be made or receivied, when one of the sim is being used for data - ie. if one the sim is downloading an email, then can someone call any of the two sims inside the phone?

AnonD-40449, 05 Feb 2012Thank you for reply and i think that this phone is a dual s... moreyes it is dual standby meaning when you are receiving call on one SIM, the other SIM is inactive. so calls on the second SIM cannot come in until you end call on the first SIM. but when using any of the SIM for data , you can receive call on the other SIM data is just paused for a moment till d call ends.
also gsmarena is wrong, both Sims support 3g data, but only one of dem can be set to 3g per time

bily, 04 Feb 2012yes you can use the other SIM Thank you for reply and i think that this phone is a dual standby only but not dual active. Then how it is going to support when one SIM is in use then the other SIM is in active for receiving anything.
