a really hardwearing phone thats been dropped on the floor and down the loo! only major bad thing is not having a flash for the camera!

jack, 05 Mar 2013this is a absolutely nice phone:) i bought this 2 years bac... moreThere is a procedure to install custom roms like ics or jb. i will tell u steps, just google it for more info..
[procedure for 2.3.3]
1. Root ur mobile [ follow method 1 from http://rootedoptimus.blogspot.in/2012/03/root-lg-p500-gingerbread233.html ]
2. Install Rom manager version 5.0.2.1 from google and open it click on install recovery [1st option] and choose optimus one {DONT choose Optimus one old BB] let it install
3. then click on back up current rom
4. download ics/jb rom and gapps[if need] and install from recovery { we can open recovery by click on boot into recovery in rom manager
5. reboot phone thats it...
Ohh.., I am tired to type ;) google it and install..

I installed JB 4.2.2 pac rom downloaded from XDA Developers running smooth on our P500.. Just look at it once..

jack, 05 Mar 2013this is a absolutely nice phone:) i bought this 2 years bac... moreDude...you cannot upgrade it to ics or jb...it can only.b ugraded to gb. im using this phone since 2010. its been awesum...dropped a hundred times,but the screen doesnt break....world class phone!!!

Hubby & I have both had one of these phones each for the past 2 year's. They have been excellent, never let us down, Hubby has dropped his many times working as a builder, and it keeps going, battery life is excellent... ONLY down side to this phone is the small internal memory but can balance out with a 32gb SD card

How can one increase or change the "Choose file for upload" because it only gives Gallery and Select music track as options and cant seem to be able to upload documents this way. please help
