"config:".. not include invertd commas... now in the end select use bitmap fonts to yes.. thats it.. i can see hindi using that.. dont kno other lang. hope that hlps..

this problem exist in o1 but not with the default card
try cleaning the sd terminals with spirit (not alcohol - medical spirit) and try again i too earlier had this problem but was fixed with V10E upgrade if anything doesnt work go to service centre and bang the cell phone on their heads :)
and ask them to replace it
since it is a hardware issue no one can help you

if you cant find it just download the app from market there are probably hundreds of dictionary apps

if youre asking for reverse tethering ie connect o1 to internet through pc lan connection, it is not possible on o1

where are you guys. Puneet, punk do u have a solution for my problem. Atleast NEOONES should have a solution. Hi neoone tell me how to boot into fast mode and use the command "fastboot -c board_trout.disable_sdcard=0 boot recovery.img". Help wil be much appreciated.

Also did you loos... moreyou can back up contacts.... contacts>more>export contacts to SD card. sms can be backed up using few applications whcih you can find it in market.
updating romanian official version is not difficult. goto xda-developer forum you will find the way. i dont know whether we can update indian version later or not. i am also looking for indian version of GB2.3.3. some experts can answer my query.

done almost everything from formatting sd card, inserting new sd card tested 4 sd card, even formatted sd card to ext (not fat 16), reset mobile data and cache, formatted mobile, updated again to v10e. yet no result. REMOVED SD CARD. INSERT NEW ONE. is there anyone who can give me a clear picture what happened to my phone.

first you have to install all the drivers on your pc, drivers are in the memory card of phone itself and are installed as you install pc suite, but if you cant find drivers then download them from lg official website.
Second, in your o1 go to settings>wireless and networks>tethering and portable hotspot>usb tethering
then your pc will recognize a new modem and you are ready to browse the net.
