Hey all, whoever wants to buy This O1 please dont buy it 'Coz LG will launch its successor Optimus Net.

I bought optimus one two days ago.Great phone.only problem i feil is that mic is catching only loud voice.so need to speak a bit louder when making call.can anyone tell is it problem of my piece or entire p500 phones?

still no Gingerbread?
I have good news!
the latest update (2.2.2, kernel-2.6.32.9)
REMOVES THE LAG WHEN YOU TOUCH THE SCREEN.
this is 100% awesome! (I tested it out by playing tap tap revenge 4, glow hockey, and fly boy)
now I can play apps without any lags.
angry birds still have lag though but i'm pretty sure it's the game not the screen lag.

LG Optimus One is a very good quality android phone for its price. Just got it a week ago. The speed is superbly awesome. Lots of downloadable apps from the Android Market. You get to have free apps! :D I recommend people to buy this phone. A great phone in an affordable price! :D

One more query is that the default keypad types (Handwriting-screen, Handwriting-Double Box and Handwriting-box) are disabled on my LG Optimus One.
Is there a way to enable the same?

Is there any GPS software for LG Optimus P500 which uses Google maps. NDrive which is installed in this does not use google maps.
