i've just checked out the game u've mentioned "Splinter Cell Conviction HD"..
the apk file is just 2.3mb..but the cache file is much more than i thought.its 170mb of size.i dont know whether it can be played in o1.i want to try it.but im running out of my sd card.once if i upgrade my sd to 8gb,will definately check it out.
at present i cant help u dude.

*512 RAM is really worth!
*capacitive screen is great as 320x480 is cool!
*price is very nice!
*Quality is awesome!
*Bundled earphones are of good quality
*Free off-line maps & navigation!
*1500mAh battery!
*call quality very nice
Bad:
*No camera button
*no flash
*Camera quality average
*Videos only at VGA 17fps only!
*yes...Angry Birds do get sluggish in some levels!

i pair it with Nokia 5130xm n sound is FLAT ie Balanced with rich Treble n good Bass..
loudeness or senstivity is 100dB/mW ie Average so this earphone won't boost up the Loudness..
overall good earphones with strictly balanced sound but at a price 990 INR its not worth it :(
u can also try SONY MDR-E9A , its not in-ear type but its priced at 250INR only with loudness 104dB/mW.
First Try then Buy...
n 1 more thing 5130xm in earphone ROCKS!! other dan this it(5130xm) SUCKS :(

now is the increase in performance if any is really worth more than loosing the warranty ? please reply.

The Earphones are sufficiently loud but the Sound quality is satisfactory. I prefer Bass and high quality hence i will be buying the sony earphone as suggested by other users few page back.
the speaker of the ph is not loud enough moreover i am unable to find a Loud ringtone for it.
i request other O1 users to suggest loud ringtones for it.

heyy dude...i have no problem with sd card... morethanks Vamsi for your active support.
NFS shift is awesome . works for LG optimus one P500 but it takes 40 MB storage size and i cannot transfer it to the SD card . I had to delete many other applications to be able to install this.
I wonder how u have installed so many applications on ur LG optimus one P500. please reply. thanks

Thanks to all those who have mentioned their Serial Numbers, dates and dust experience. But only 3 people have replied. If more post their experiences we may be able to form a better picture.
Please remember again, that initially if dust deposition under the screen is low, you need to check properly in sunlight to be able to tell if your phone has the problem.

AnonD-11187, 26 Jun 2011Hey sekher brother why dont you use uc browser,mozila firef... moreHey bro...firstly Firefox is not compatible with my 551 because of less RAM(will work on Optimus one)....I have tried Dolphin,Miren and skyfire before...Dolphin is pretty good...Miren and Skyfire are very very heavy on the CPU thereby sucking the battery too fast...But ofcourse Skyfire is the ultimate package of features....Never heard of uc browser....I use opera mini cause its very light n amazingly faster than anything out there...But opera mini doesnt support ajax properly tho...So the whole page refreshes in pages like FB instead of just refreshing a part of it...Thats the compromising part
