Look up the factory reset option at the manufacture. Something like pressing the volume and on/off button at the same time...each ,anufacture has a set procedure

I have this phone for 2 years ... and still running smooth...got jelly bean install which is running flawless ... I'm having fun with Google now,though voice recognition not supported,. not a deal breaker :)

you gotta be kidding. I used P500 for 2 years now. It is rugged, works almost perfectly for phone, music, text, bluetooth. True value for money. That is why I think twice about getting a new phone this December.

Very Gud Budget phone in 2010. But now many new phones with more features came even more cheaper than this phone. I bought it 2 yrs before. Now I couldnt upgrade it to v4.04

I have purchase this phone about 7months ago. It is totally shit phone now. Bluetooth never working, everytime its hangs, internet not also working with in 4 months. And I sent it, it two times at their LG Workshop. But itsn't working.My all money in this phone is totally loss. My Sis purchased Micromax phone about 1.5 years ago which is 40% less amount of LG P500. and her phone correct working against LG P500. I Suggest Please didn't purchase this phone and didn't loss you money.
