claims to have extracted the APK file for Google Nexus One 2.2, when i download adobe flash player from this site that also not working in my LG optimus one p500, so pls tell me where i found adobe flash player for my optimus one.

Still pretty sure its your proxy server authentication only. One way to confirm is to open a page that is hosted on the network, say on your laptop computer, this should work.
P.S. Am not able to connect to net in office because of the proxy only, need ASProxy, am able to access internal sites on wifi

the only ... moreThe problem is that your wifi is using a proxy server to connect to the internet. Hence the port 8080. Now inherently, proxy support is not an option on this device. You need an external application to set up the proxy. If your proxy requires NTLM authentication then only ASProxy will work.

If you are thinking of buying this phone, I suggest you to wait till May 2011. LG has promised Gingerbread update in May and if they keep there promise this will become the best android phone in its range.
If LG starts giving excuses in May for the upgrade you will be able to buy this phone in around Rs.7500 as it will become outdated by then.
Moreover stupid people who will buy this phone in the month of March or April under the illusion of the Gingerbread update will try to sell it even cheaper, I say close to Rs.6500 which is not bad for a 1 or 2 month old phone.

I bought this phone 1 week ago...
and itss perfomance is good itss display also...
but..battery ..
is soo hot wen i use..net..
and backup of the battery is sooo low.....

I am from India , pl tell me which is the latest version of firmware for O1.
I am having 10b and it doesnt have a single bug in it.
If the most recent update is great and stable and free from bugs then i will surely update .
but the issue is i just donno how to upgrade, downloaded the update software connectde phone , but it prompts to download 126mb AND lg SERVERS ARE SO BLOODY SLOW , downloads at 10kb only on my 4mbps line LOL.
pl suggest me how it is done if at all it has to be done.

i have been using optimus one from few months..
the only problem i faced is with the wifi ..
i get wifi connections in my college as well as hostel
and in the wifi settings i am able to connect to that..
bt after that how can i activate it in my default profile??
because despite showing me the wifi is connected the android browser or opera doesnot gets connected n open any page..
i talked to the lg guys.....they told me to get the ip address, gateway, netmask, dns1, dns2 ip address..
they also told that if the wifi port is not 8080 then i wont b able to connect wifi..
i have used wifi in nokia e63 n samsung's wi-fi fones through the same wifi connections.. even on laptops...
please help me....
