The battery life can be improved alot if you turn off the wifi and the 3G when not in use and making sure the bluetooth is turned off when not in use to can save about 20% of the power used and im not sure on the percentages for the 3G and Wifi but im guessing you could probs save around about 30-35% overall

i bought lg 500 2 weeks ago and i quiet satisfied with the features but VERY dissapointed because its lagging alot and its very very very annoying while i were downloading or playing games. Sometimes i have to restart the phone many times to get it back to normal again. sometimes theres a posting that the sd card was not on its place altho i already put it where it belong.
the lagging is very very very dissapointing so if you not a patient person maybe you wanna find something better

i use MTNL's old sim and i am not able to recharge the balance on my p500 it says No network connection or Invalid MMI but when i tried to recharge it on the other phone it was done with no problem . Can anybody help?

i agree, battery is really draining fast. sometimes it does not even last for a day. i thought it was just for my unit, but then i found out other owners of p500 also shares the same sentiments.

phone sometimes restarts and becomes slow when theres a lot of apps installed. does get annoying to use after a while. u get what u pay for i guess.

J.K, 23 Feb 2011can any1 say 3g experience with this mob. . . I ve seen no ... morehi jk, i used 3g for a day provider is Airtel. you should believe its coming with jet speeeeeed. i got speed of 3.1 mbps. connected to my laptop using wifi hotspot.....its really impressive.
