the camera and video recording sucks.
without flash, the pics are "black" in evening.
only thing good about this phone is it's low price and android 2.2

got my lg p500 bricked i tried to upgrade it via PC SUITE updating is almost done (98%) when (EMERGENCY MODE! in yellow screen) appeared, tried to remove the battery to reset it but my phone did not turned on again..
Someone here faced same problem and got their phones fixed?

hey guys!
how can i fix my p500?
tried to upgrade it via PC SUITE the updating time is almost done (98%) when this strange EMERGENCY MODE! appeared it got stucked is this EMERGENCY MODE! i tried to remove the battery but it didnt turned on again.
Tried everything but my phone is still dead.
Someone here faced same problem?

Archie, 16 Jul 2012Sometimes the screen goes white - no response from phone.Ta... moredear i had also faced same prob, but luckily found solution. take battery out for about an hour, then place it again, long press and hold power key until phone is turned on. do it once you will never face such prob again. but remember whenever u have to switch on/off your phone, always long press and hold power key...

yogesh, 26 Jul 2012may be you need to do master reset....to get back your prev... moreNo master reset wont take u back to previous OS version..it just wipes user data thats it...

jithin, 23 Jul 2012hi friends....i bought this phone before 7 months..i love t... moreYes yar, the official update 2.3.3 is problematic as the phone not sleeping well in idle. check with CPU SPY app. Don't know about downgrading to 2.2.2 but it is more stable...

Thank God,nothing went kaput,my LG PC Suite4 went kaput in the change.So I installed My phone explorer it does the same job.

hi friends....i bought this phone before 7 months..i love this phone.....but after changing the android2.2 to 2.3, battery backeup falls down....at first i got 1.5 days battery backup.. but now 15-20 hrs only.....
what i want to do???????? whether i want change to older version to solve this problem......what i want to do pls pls rply..........

for this set always get ccleaner,app2sd and mx player from android mkt and tubemate for you tube downloads.
